Low Calorie (145 calories per shake)! High Protein (16.5 grams or 24 grams if you ask them to add an extra scoop). Plant Based! (whey options also available) My favorites : Andy Mint, Sugar cookie, Sunrise Creamsicle & Sugar Cookie but all of them are delicious and made with water and ice!

Absolutely love the protein habit & what they have to offer. Keziah & Mj (the owners) are the sweetest & most genuine people ever! They are very efficient in what they do & offer the best opportunities for growth. I have been consistently seeing them weekly since January 2023 of this year for my weigh-ins & Herbalife weight loss journey. Throughout this journey they have been SO helpful & reassuring! Stopped in here because I was feeling like having something healthy. The owner was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about all the drinks. She helped me make a decision. I got a peanut butter banana shake and it is delicious! I will be returning for the Wednesday protein waffles. Loved this place and they have great customer service.
