The bartender on the bar side was TRASH! Absolute! It was my first time seeing her there but she is the reason for the review. I sat at the bar for 15 minutes before she said a word. Slow moving and totally disinterested.

WHO EVER GOT THEIR GRAND-DADDY BACK THERE COOKING THESE RIBS.. THIS DONT MAKE NO SENSE.. THESE RIBTIPS ARE SO TENDER, JUICY, WELL SEASONED, AND COOKED TO PERFECTION…. The food was amazing… this is the best shrimp and grits I’ve had in Birmingham. It’s reasonable too unless your ordering a drink. I asked for a apple crown and cranberry which was only ten dollars, which I thought was a deal until she gave me a Mouthwash sized cup and it still had ice??? I wish I was exaggerating… I didn’t even want to stay after that… I would only recommend for takeout.

Went to lunch for my birthday on a Sunday. The food here was awesome. I can’t wait to return to Memphis again to enjoy this wonderful soul food. I really enjoyed the fried catfish and sweet tea.

Excellent Service. Phenomenal Food. Safe Environment. Great for first dates and friendly gatherings. The patio is amazing most of the year, even in the winter (when temps are not figid). There is also an event center for rental purposes. Love the Steaks and the Shrimp and Grits.
