Recently came too The Prime Rib for a gathering with a friend, the staff was vary friendly and accommodating and the food was very delicious as well. The atmosphere inside is very elegant which is really nice for a special night out, my only issue was when a server came to are table to ask if we were done which I was under the impression that they were going to take the empty plates but instead they took all the plates and didn’t offer if i wanted to take the rest for my food with me although I was full still felt like they should had offer that instead for throwing out especially for how expensive this establishment is.

We didn’t have a reservation, but they seated us anyway. You have to get the lobster bisque! So creamy and they use chunks of lobster. The loaded baked potato soup was just divine! The crab cakes are to die for and the creamed spinach is amazing. Shrimp cocktail is always nice, and the burger is delicious.

Great drinks! Great service! However, they were out of mashed potatoes, unable to make a wedge salad and undercooked my husband’s steak. It helped that they took 25% off of our check and celebrated our anniversary with a champagne toast.

I had an incredible date night there over the weekend! The food, ambience, and vibe was relaxed, regal, and romantic! The service was top-tier and friendly, you really feel like an A-list celebrity the moment you enter. I was surprised by how much of an escape it is from the liveliness of the casino near by. For those who think they can’t find a different dining atmosphere inside of a casino/hotel, this is it! Highly recommended!

I never really leave negative reviews, but I felt I had to this time. My fiancé and I went here for our anniversary dinner. Overall, the restaurant was clean and had a great vibe. Our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable, as was the man running out our food. During the middle of the night both of us started to feel ill. Stomach pain, diarrhea, feverish, nauseous, it’s been 24 hours and no improvement on symptoms, I woke up doubled over in stomach pain. We both shared the seafood tower, steak and crab cakes but I’m assuming something from the tower, possibly raw oysters, is what made us both feel like this. It’s a shame too because we both left genuinely happy with our experience.

I would have loved to give this place 5 stars but sadly I couldn’t. I went here for my 21st birthday last year and I’m just now writing a review under my review page r. I realized how much this affected me and I still tell people this story until this day. I went here with my friend for my birthday to celebrate and figured I try this place out since I’m obsessed with prime rib steak and I looked this place up and wanted to give it a try. When we were first greeted for our reservations made that I confirmed with the women at the door that we were getting a booth as I wanted my reservations she said ok. When we got shown to our table it was a half booth and half chair, me and my friend both wanted a booth so we asked to move and they gave us a problem saying a booth is for a larger party, there was barely anyone in there and we requested a booth weeks in advanced to celebrate my birthday. Sadly we got placed with a new server and he knew it was my birthday and I kid you not he ABANDONED our table. After he took our orders we didn’t see him much after that, it took him ages to come back to our table even requesting simple things like ketchup. The food runner ended up taking over our table and we needed tipping her instead. Our server was still on duty helping and checking up on all his tables around us except us. Seems very motivated in my opinion, not gonna mention why. But I wanted it to be a nice birthday and the least I could have had was good service and treated with human decency. Aside that, the food was amazing and I loved it and so did my friend. The gm heard about our experience and comped a bunch of stuff and gave us free desert and apologized for my poor experience which made me feel better, but when I reflect back to my birthday on that day I don’t feel good about it 🙁 makes me not wanna return. I wish I remembered the man’s name to warn everyone about that server.
