I had dinner here while staying at the hotel for work. The service was friendly and efficient. I had a black bean burger with fries. I was pleasantly surprised. The burger was really good and came with an Avacado spread and the fries were baked/fried to perfection. Overall I was very pleased and the price was reasonable. I would eat here again for a quick bite.

My burger was adequate but not fresh.. probably frozen which is insane for a $17 burger.. the fish and chips was so bad my companion sent it back. He said it was like cardboard. The waitstaff was uncooperative and unapologetic about the food and acted like they were doing a favor by not charging him for it. Will not be eating here again.

Service and food were terrible. I ordered a plain burger without a bun. It took forever to get. When it came it had bacon, blue cheese and a bun. I sent it back which took even longer. I asked the waitress for the fries to hold me over. The waitress brought the same fries from the plate with blue cheese on it. The fries had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp. They were hard and the pickles were hot. I requested fresh ones. The waitress came back with a burger without the toppings I requested. I waited 15 minutes then got up to ask for waitress. I ended up sending back because it was cold. When the burger came it was very rare. They did take the food off the bill.

The food was pretty good for a hotel bar/restaurant. The Caesar salad was surprisingly good. It’s off the lobby of the Sheraton Framingham. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly.

Really awesome service… and not very good food, that often turns up inconsistent with the menu description. It’s expensive so I would go elsewhere for higher end food. Kind of feels like they are phoning it in.
