What an awesome experience! This was our first visit to Porch Pour and my only regret is that we hadn’t come sooner. The restaurant is in a Victorian house that’s been refurbished in the Midlothian Founders Row neighborhood, and the eclectic vibe of the establishment perfectly matches the neighborhood.

After a long day of house shopping in Midlothian, we stumbled upon this gem. It was a bit busy and rightfully so it was a Saturday night. This place is absolutely charming. Our waitress was helpful in answering all of our questions. Dinner was nothing short of amazing and I was very impressed. I had the braised short ribs…chefs’ kiss. I must be honest with my review in all aspects, the food very expensive in my opinion but worth it. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Our steak and pork chop were juicy & delicious. The sides were fresh and well seasoned. The blood orange sorbet was cool & refreshing. The service was spot-on! We are looking forward to returning!

You can tell as soon as you walk up the steps, that this place is different; in a good way! From the moment you walk in, the staff is very friendly and the place is clean clean! Being able to enjoy clean fresh food is an important option! And their kid’s menu has a lot of variety! You can tell that they take good care of the place and the owner and her daughter are super nice! My family and I will definitely be eating here often and you should too! Exceptional service. Drinks were very well made, but the liquor selection was surprisingly lacking. Desserts were sadly unremarkable, other than the blood orange sorbet (amazing!).

So very good! We had a wonderful experience celebrating two birthdays tonight. We were greeted and attended with excellent service; Tawny and Tina did a great job explaining the menu and making recommendations. I had the pork chop, and believe me, you have not had a pork chop until you’ve had their pork chop. It was delicious and huge, along with truffle fries and a wedge salad, I really enjoyed it all. The Texas bramble was a tasty starting cocktail, and oh the desserts were divine! I’m looking forward to coming back to try the brunch!

Such a cute and QUIET place to enjoy a conversation that you can hear for once! Love the feel of the place, very relaxing! A true farm-to-table restaurant. Drinks, wine, food, and staff were awesome! Jo, our waitress, was very attentive and outstanding! She even went out of her way to modify a drink since i don’t like mango! Need to ask for her!!
