Our first time here with friends for a birthday celebration and everything was great. The steak and the other main courses were delicious. Our waiter was very attentive and the manager came over at the end of the meal to check on how everything was. We will definitely return in the future. Don’t miss the red velvet cake… worth every calorie.

I recently dined at the Polo club and it was superb. The restaurant is gorgeous and clean. The staff was super attentive and happy. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the meat and fish was super fresh. Me and my sister shared a porterhouse cooked to perfection. It didn’t disappoint. The drink special was to die for made by Antonio was perfect. Our waiter Joe was super knowledgeable about the food, desserts and overall he gave great service. We will be back

We went to The Polo Club early on a Thursday evening. We were greeted warmly, and our coats were checked by the hostess. Being early, we were given our pick of where we wanted to sit. We chose the main dining room not far from the impressive open kitchen. The main bar was impressive, but we’ll save that for another visit.

Cocktail was very good. Dinner was very good for my wife and I. She had salmon ,I had strip steak . Service was friendly , but busing the table, and long wait for dessert menu was disheartening. I will go back perhaps it was just an off night.

We were celebrating my husband birthday in a romantic date night. We had our 6 month old puppy (Labrador retriever) they were able to accommodate us in their patio and it was perfect. Our waiter was great and the manager came to check on us to make sure everything was well.

First time and was hoping for a great new dinner spot close to home but …. it missed on a few but very important items. Upon entry greeted with no excitement and just a smile from the hostess. As she began to lead us for our 7:30 reservation, we continued to walk towards the back end of the large restaurant room, as we passed many open tables for 2 along the way. She sat us in this back room where there were all empty tables at that time. I’m mad already. I understand you need to fill open tables for the servers working that area but jeeze. The waitress came over and very pleasant but slow service the whole evening. We ordered apps which were good. I had the salmon and my wife had the pork chop. Both very good. However for me food is 1/2 and atmosphere is the other 1/2 of an evening out at a restaurant. If you like dark drab 1950’s look then its for you. We were bored with no excitement and slow service. I was hoping for much more but not this trip. The bar area looked much better and will try it one more time. But I go out to eat for an exciting night with great food. This place only had the food part. We’ll see…..

Went early on a Wednesday evening with friends who had been there before. At their suggestion we went to the bar area to sit at a table. Before we sat down we were approached by a women asking if we had a reservation, which is unusual when going to a bar area of a restaurant. Then we were lectured that we should always call for a reservation, especially for Saturdays, but, this was Wednesday and the place was pretty empty. More than half the tables and half the bar remained empty the whole time we were there. Contrary to what other reviews said, our server, April, was prompt and pleasant. The table shared several shared small plates. They were served in a reasonable amount of time. The calamari was a nice amount and came with two sauces – a chili sauce and marinara – both were good. The pulled pork slider had good flavor but was a little dry and not hot. The chicken slider was dry and overcooked. The southwestern style corn was delivered late, not very warm, but, had good flavor. My pre-meal drink, a whiskey sour, was well made. The restaurant is decorated as you would think a polo club should be. The prices are very high for the amount and quality of food, but, I imagine that is to pay off the decor. It is unlikely I will be returning despite the nice time I had.

Decor is ok. Our waitress was nice and helpful. The food was atrocious. There were 7 of us and EVERY single entree was so salty they were basically inedible. Desserts were good.

We came here a few months ago and it was great. Food and service were excellent. Came back today and were disappointed. I ordered a buttermilk chicken burger after the server gave me a hard time about ordering it but said they would make it and was served a very dry and cold grilled chicken sandwich that they wouldn’t let me send back. On top of that the fries were cold and not especially good. Several of us ordered burgers which were great the first time we went and are served with bacon. There was literally a one inch strip of bacon on the burgers. We told the the server and at least he brought us extra bacon. Which was cold. The best part was someone came around to ask how our meal was and didn’t care about our response. After who we thought was a manager or owner walked away we wondered whether he was another diner just being friendly. The whole experience was so absurd all we could do was laugh. We live in the area and were hoping this would be a new go to spot but we’ll keep looking. At least the experience was comical.

We are local residents – had given the porterhouse and burgers a try a few times. Steak dry, no flavor. Burgers inconsistent – Last night the burger was served on a rock hard bun with no bacon – it was sent back and was replaced with another much later than a burger takes – the meat was well done despite it being ordered rare. No real compensation from the host – 2 drinks on him for the first return, no compensation for the well done.
