Not from the area and was glad to find a Poke restaurant. Online ordering was very easy with lots of options for customizing. Arrived to the location, enough parking, corner spot, very clean and spacious inside. Staff greet you promptly as you walk in and it was overall very easy from order to pick up. Our bowls were delicious with the exception that I ordered white rice in my bowl and it wasn’t very good (soft and hard)…so disappointing because white rice is the easiest least expensive ingredient. My husband had brown rice in his bowl and enjoyed it very much (I am a bit more high maintenance).

Was nervous to try Poké, for what reason I do not know. It can be a bit daunting to order if you aren’t sure what the wealth of ingredients are or how they work together, but I ordered what sounded good together and it came out just fine. I’m sure someone more in the know about Poké would cringe at the description, but if say it’s kinda like a customizable sushi bowl. The spicy tuna was my favorite of the two meats, but salmon was good also. Only downside of my experience was the meal wasn’t quite ready for pickup on time and they were missing a couple Stubborn Soda options, one of which we ordered so I had to get a different flavor that we didn’t like as much. Definitely want to try again!

Lia really made my experience here incredible. I’ve been coming to the poke company since they opened their first location in Wellington, a hooked customer. I’ve been attended by many, but she stood out like a shining star. So kind, thorough, and happy! She’s an asset to this location!! Great employee. Keep her at all costs. I order a poke burrito though DoorDash. When I got my burrito it was cut in “half” (more like 3/4 and 1/3) it looks like the cut it in half after it was wrapped in the paper because when I opened it up the wrapping paper was inside my burrito. And almost as soon as I picked up my burrito everything started to fall out of the seaweed. The ends of the burrito wasn’t ever folded shut. I had also ordered eel sauce and it wasn’t in the burrito at all. I’m very disappointed with my experience.

i love this place and order here all the time. the steak bowls are so yummy and the service is quick. but pleaseeee i beg stop using staples or at least so many on the online orders! my one bag has 8 staples in it alone and thats so unnecessary. im extra careful now opening the bags because they go flying and ive cut myself so many times that im afraid of getting hurt again. its also not safe to have staples around food. its so easy for them to fall somewhere. just use stickers or something or at least not SO many per bag!!
