Ok, it wasn’t the best pizza I ever ate. It was fair at best! Tell your pizza cutter to learn to slice all the way through the pizzas. Pizza was undercooked, and the cheese was just melted while the crust was not crunchy. I don’t live here, but if I did, I wouldn’t come back for the pizzas, that’s for sure. The cheese pizza was better than the other, as it was cooked to a slight crisp, and the cheese was cooked as well, though the sauce was a little salty for me.

Went in for the first time today on a whim to try it out. Sadly, I wasn’t impressed. I ordered onion rings and there wasn’t any. So I asked for an order of Garlic Knots. Was told they were sold by singles which is silly if you ask me, and she said she’d check if they had any. They ended up having 5. It should be an order of 5, not sold singular. They’re not that big, but judging by my bill- I guess it’s a way to make a larger profit.

First time trying this restaurant, the menu looked great. Ordered the Greek salad and the vegetarian chili. I must say the food was 10/10. probably the best vegetarian chili I’ve ever had and the Greek salad was simply amazing. The only complaint I would have is the service. I got my food to go and I literally had to ask for a bag and a fork, then I didn’t get my receipt. I ended up grabbing it off of the dispenser when he walked away. Could be a little more friendly and have better customer awareness

Very good dinner! The chicken sandwich was huge. I ordered a quarter and it was the size of a whole at other place, fanatic taste and loaded with meat and toppings.chicke. Walnut salad was also great! The pizza guy showed off too for my kid. My son thought Mario worked there! Fun night!

Not impressed. We decided to try the pizza because we’ve had sandwiches here which were great. We ordered a large pizza with sausage and onion. It was not worth $26 and a 45 minute wait. There was 1 or 2 little pieces of onion on each slice, very little sausage and hardly any sauce.

Erin provided excellent customer service to ensure I had everything I needed to feed my hungry friends and family! If everything in a pizza place can be judged by the cheese pizza, The Plum Tomato is One of the best wood fired pizza places in CT. I really like the rustic atmosphere and the friendly people here. Try the Sammy the Bull sandwich! Incredible flavors!
