My fiancé and I enjoyed a nice brunch on the patio here at Place 2 Be! The strawberry shake was decadent, and we always love to get an order of the breakfast nachos when we brunch here. Their New Haven location might just be the most stunning one yet! Great vibes on the patio – it was nice to be elevated on the second floor away from the street, and there was plenty of shade. The girl who took care of us was really nice and attentive!

The food is phenomenal but I cannot tolerate the service. The first time I went there i seated myself because I stood by the door for 10 minutes and had no help. There also wasn’t a single waitress that came up to me until I approached them. Then the second time I went there I got seated and things were going well until I got served dirty utensils and the wrong order. Then I requested new ones and the lady forgot to bring it, so I ended up walking and getting plastic utensils. Not to mention when my chicken and waffles finally came I had to request syrup because it wasn’t given (another 10 minute wait). I also purchased bottomless mimosas and every time I asked for another drink I waited 30 minutes. Great food but terrible service!! Expect to be here for two hours.

Angel was a stellar server and Tiffany made sure the drinks kept coming! Amber was also so helpful with food recommendations. So glad we got to meet them! Bottomless drinks are where it’s at; mixing and matching the flavors was the way to go. And the entire place is so cute. Can’t wait to come back

The stuffed French toast and eggs were amazing! However, the cream cheese was on top, not inside. The serving size was really good. The music really made the entire atmosphere. The patio offered a cute atmosphere and wasn’t too hot either despite the weather.

The aesthetic are cute, food decent my waitress AMAZING her name was Kay. I think there is two of them but we had the taller Kay. She is full of personality, made a great recommendation, took our pictures, made sure our glasses were full, & made sure we had enough condiments. My little sister & I dined in.

Went here for the first time with friends and it was SO GOOD. The staff (especially Ariana) were amazing and so helpful. There was no wait to get in and the food was delicious!! Highly recommend the California quesadilla for a breakfast lunch mix. Would come again!

This was a girls trip and a last minute brunch adjustment.. And boy am I glad that we chose this place! We made a last minute online reservation which was accommodated. There is metered street parking so its possible that you may have to walk to the restaraunt or wait around a little.

The servers were all super friendly! Quality of food was great, chai latte was ok. Very fun presentation of everything though, love the addition of rubber ducks! So many choices of unique drinks and dishes, will definitely be back!

Just let TP2B and I had so much fun! It’s my birthday and everyone of the staff members were awesome! I loved seeing them dance and be happy and having a good time at work. Food came out quick, looked amazing and tasted great! I will be back thank you guys so much !!!
