My husband was so eager to try their Everything Wings after the Wing Fest win, so we stopped in Saturday for lunch. I’ve been a fan and the new location is great. I also ordered a slice of pepperoni while we waited for the wings, it was delicious. Only thing off about the slice was it being too thin and tore when I picked it up, but obviously not that much of an issue because I inhaled it ♀️ The wings tasted so good, the combo of flavors work and they were fried crispy as requested. The owner came out to check on us which was a plus, we had a nice chat. Don’t hesitate to check this spot out, yes delivery is convenient, but stop in to get a taste of this food fresh out.

This is the first time I visited The Pizza Cutters and I must say I was impressed!!! The staff was very polite and attentive. They greeted me right when I walked through the door. The Decor must I say Instagram Worthy very modern and trendy.. I loved the Pizza Planet graffiti on the walls. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and Their award winning Everything Wings. Must I say they were amazing. Let start with the Philly Cheesesteak it was loaded with meat they were not skimpy like other places it was fresh and the roll was toasted perfectly definitely a must try. As for the wings they had a unique flavor I was skeptical how they would taste with all the sauces drizzled on them but, now I see why they were a hit at the battle of the wings the flavors exploded in my mouth. Overall this place is a must try if you’re in the Lyncourt area. I will definitely be back. Thanks Laith for the great service and hospitality much appreciated.

So the new location sucks for service and food. Pickup scheduled 3 hours ahead of my 6pm pickup. Waited 1 hour later for burnt pizzas. And time before that I had cold soggy pizza. Can’t wait to try the pizza from their old location. They were my weekly to go pizza but getting nice hot goo pizza from Papa John’s. Crazy.

The Pizza Cutters just redid the inside, and it looks great! The new pizza art work on the wall is awesome! It all looks very good! Also the people working were friendly! I had a large pizza, half eggplant half mushroom and green pepper. It was good, the eggplant was nice and crisp. The mushroom and green pepper also tasted fresh. I recommend going and checking it out!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My mother ordered a regular cheese pizza, a gluten free pizza with multiple toppings, burger with fries, and fried pickles and buffalo wings. We were told that our order would be delivered in 45 minutes. In our minds we thought okay probably an hour. After calling to check on the order it finally showed up 2 hours later. As you can imagine with how expensive pizza is these days this order after tip was close to 100$ after tip. We get inside and start opening ip boxes and bags and realize that the gluten free pizza wasn’t delivered and after opening the wing box there was literally no sauce on the wings and they were so pale they looked like they were barely cooked(we also asked for extra crispy). We call them back very upset since it’s now past 8pm and family was wanting to eat and go home. My mother asked to speak to a manager. She really just wanted a refund for the pizza and the barely cooked wings and wanted someone to just come back since she paid in cash for her refund. The person on the phone claimed to be the manager, but would take no accountability for their mistake and just said this was not her fault and said they do not do refunds. I just have to say if I was the manager I would be mortified for missing and uncooked items and not matter if she was not the one preparing them it’s her job as a manager to assure her staff is putting out the right foods to be delivered and cooked food as well. She then said that the only think they can do is remake it and deliver it in a half an hour. Which we know what their timing ends up being like. My mom not the family really cared to wait for it at this point since we’ve already waited 2 hours. Our family member that is celiac has a young daughter and needed to get her child home for bed so really she has no use for the pizza being re-delivered. I strongly suggest not to waste your time at this establishment no give them your hard earned money. There are plenty of other pizza places in Syracuse that will be far more respectful.

We’ve been ordering from The Pizza Cutters for a long time now. My husband’s only complaint was that the food wasn’t hot when it got here. I saw that they had a “Big Mac” Pizza and had to try it. Loaded up on pizza, boneless wings, mushrooms, fried cheese curds (their menu is huge, btw), and jalapeno poppers, for just the two of us. This time I picked it up myself.

Came in about 9:15 to order some milkshakes. Took forever to make 2 of them. And honestly, won’t go there for another. And then someone called an ordered while all employees are legit just sitting around and we overheard them tell someone it will be an hour wait… They aren’t even doing anything. Not to pleased. Really wanted to see this place so we’ll considering how awesome it looks inside and out. Don’t get me wrong, I’m going to order those everything wings one of these days. But first impressions, not with it.
