Staff is rude and doesn’t seem to know their own menu. The online menu is completely different than the one in person. I tried to call and place an order and the staff seemed to have no idea what we were trying to order even though we were reading it right off of their website. We tried to order something and they said “well we don’t have a button for that” as if I was making it up. Prices online are different than in person. The food was good when I ate in person one time, but the staff doesn’t seem like they know what’s going on. I won’t be coming back because of how mismanaged this place is.

We just found The Pitt Boss BBQ this afternoon, we were looking for a Soul Food restaurant. When we went inside we noticed how clean everything was, the owner was super helpful and when we got everything home it was amazingly delicious. We got a full rack of ribs, brisket, mac n cheese, collared greens, corn bread and pound cake. Everything was under $80. We can’t wait to go back.

The best new spot in Warren! The customer service was just as enjoyable as the food, which was amazing! I really hope this place Doesn’t become another victim to the curse of the Warren plaza. Because it seems like every business except Giant Eagle and the BMV go here to die. I really do hope this place catches on because I can see even better things in the future. I definitely recommend to anybody who wants to go have a drink, a few laughs, and excellent BBQ!

Walked in the door, of Pit Boss had a Groupon that my daughter bought me. On Sunday they only have a small buffet, they had chafing pans for the buffet. It was not a warm and welcoming environment at all. Fortunately my daughter s able to get a refund or it would have been wasted money

Went last summer. The service was slow. Our food didn’t come out together, because they forgot one of our meals. We only ordered three meals….. They food was cold. The owner sat right by us and never said hello or asked how everything was….. I won’t be returning. I will continue to go to Cockeye for my BBQ cravings.

This was my 1st trip to The Pitt Boss. I walked in to see a bright, clean restaurant. The greater welcomed me as soon as I walked in and the service was great. They asked if I had been taken care of, checked on my order and got it out fast.

The owners are the rudest people on this planet. Ordered food with $30 coupon and they told me I had to spend more 30 to use it. Waited 15 minutes to get a drink ; then they told me they didn’t have it. Never been so disrespected.

First time ordering from pit boss. They forgot the rib sandwich with our order. Even though we paid for it and it was clearly printed out on the tag that was stapled to the bag. The amount of gumbo we got for $7 was laughable. Definitely not the best BBQ I’ve ever had. The ribs were dry and tough. The sauce was watery and had little flavor. Not ordering from there again.

Stopped into Pitt Boss for dinner on our way back to New York. What a cool place. Staff was friendly, atmosphere was laid back, and the food was amazing. Hands down some of the best BBQ we’ve had! We tried the Ribs and Brisket on the recommendation of the bartender. Excellent!
