This is a great restaurant here in Santa Fe. We arrived late in the evening and decided to seat outside, thanks to a great summer. The atmosphere outside is cozy, rustic, truly New Mexican. Service and food were great. We have been inside and it is beautiful also. Highly recommended.

Eating in this historical restaurant was a treat. Their cocktails are amazing, I recommend the Paloma. The food was beautifully plated and delicious, with a unique mix of New Mexican and Cajun dishes. The servers were excellent and happy to share the history of the house and Rosalea who started the restaurant.

I visited Pink Adobe for Dinner at Sant Fe. It is reported to be one of the oldest restaurant’s in Santa Fe. The place was vintage and cozy. The lighting was dimmed in the restaurant. In attendance were three of us. The restaurant was not crowded. We started with the “Silver Margaritas” and ordered the “chip trio”. The chip trio came out before our margarita drinks. Our dinks took over 25 minutes before coming to our table. Also, the bartender forgot the salt around the rim for one of the margaritas. The restaurant appeared to be slow and disorganized. We ordered enchiladas with different proteins. I ordered one chicken and one steak enchilada in red sauce. The dinner arrived late to the table but it was in hot plates. Although I was disappointed because we had to wait so long for our drinks and dinner. The enchiladas were delicious. The steak was very tender and had great flavor. The chicken tinga enchiladas had its own great spices. Rice and beans were part of the dish as well. I ordered the “tress leches cake” and was moist full of flavors.

From the moment we entered the patio we felt welcomed. We appreciated the patio w/ our dog. Thanks for providing a water bowl. We had an amazing dinner and cocktails! Huge shout out to our server Brad G. and the rest of the staff for such excellent service.

We did enjoy our experience here although there were a few hiccups throughout our meal. Our server was super sweet but did seem to be fairly new to the restaurant. I got the lava cake and did really love it however it didn’t quite ooze like a lava cake is supposed to. For the price point I don’t think I would be back. It is worth mentioning that they have newly reopened and so I think a lot of the snags were due to that. We also really wanted to go to the Dragon Room bar which was supposed to open mid summer (which is now) and it wasn’t reopened yet. So I think I would give it another chance once they are a little better settled in. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful and it was still a great experience.

Following the Magarita Trail, I stopped at the Pink Adobe for a Black Dragon margarita. Great cocktails. Make sure you make a reservation and go early because there’s no parking to be found. Super old Adobe ambiance with a great historical story. Nice to walk around to the area as well.

Very beautiful restaurant. We sat on the patio which was amazing! Our food was tasty and our drinks strong. Yami, our waitress, was very personable and did a great job.

This is an amazing restaurant! Large patio that allows dogs and one of the oldest traditional southwest cuisine options in Santa Fe. A must try!

Just no, except maybe for the outdoor seating with trees reaching to the sky, or the charming small dining rooms with very nice art. Have a drink. Enjoy the outdoors. Leave happy! We started at the associated bar next door, The Dragon Bar, & missed happy hour by 2 minutes because of sitting there waiting for service, but our fault for arriving 5 minutes before it ended. We found out we could order dinner and it sounded unusual so decided to try it. I ordered a chili relleno stuffed with walnuts, Montrachet, and jack cheese, top with red chili and pomegranate seeds. The chili tasted pickled, or a bit sour. It was a strange combination of flavors that clashed. And it was swamped by the beans, posole, and rice. My husband’s enchiladas, cheese and chicken, were salty and ordinary. These dishes were priced at $28 and $22 respectively. Website prices are wrong. Nope. Nope. Nope. Never again.

Not your usual Mexican food flavors. Very unique takes on traditional dishes, the stuffed poblano and the clam dish are outstanding! The wine list is short but has something good for everyone. Our servers Brad and Dee Dee, we’re very attentive, and when I dropped my fork on the ground, a waiter from another table replaced it without asking and before I could crawl under the table to retrieve it. The prices are a little inflated for some of the starters and entrees, but overall we really enjoyed the menu selections, the quality of the food that was served, the service level, ( including our hostess) and the ambiance. We will be back for more, and we will not leave without the recipe for the clam sauce.
