We popped in without reservations and the place was packed! They were able to accommodate us but we’ll make reservations next time. The food was delicious, tasted extremely fresh, and the drinks were great too.

Good place for cocktails and shared appetizers. Unfortunately, we weren’t too impressed by the sandwiches/burgers. I don’t know if I agree with the Michelin recommended status. Our favorite dishes were the alligator tacos and bread board. Service was friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I recommend making a reservation for inside seating.

This restaurant was absolutely amazing. Exceptional service started from the beginning of our visit with the valet and just got better as the evening went. We started at the bar where 2 of the nicest bartenders recommended and served some great cocktails. We had reservations but it wasn’t necessary. Once we got to our table our waitress greeted us with a smile and attended to our orders. Thanks Caity for exceptional service. The food was amazing. Can’t wait to go back and try something new on the menu.

I had my birthday dinner at The Pinery. I love the atmosphere and decor in the restaurant. Everything I tried was exceptional and I loved that it was all locally sourced. The appetizers of fish dip, salmon cakes, and zucchini fries were excellent. The shrimp and grits had a little bit of a kick and the grits were perfectly fluffy. The crab Mac n cheese was a generous portion loaded up with crab and shrimp pieces. The desserts that were my favorite were the banana pudding and the creme brûlée. They were the perfect end to the meal. I recommend the golden hour drink menu too for discounted drinks.

The service was exemplary here and of course the food is excellent and unique. The owner is a sweetheart. My server Scott went above and beyond – brought me hot towels for my hands after I had the chicken wings appetizer, checked on me frequently, and he even walked up to my car outside in the pouring rain to hand me one of my dishes to take home that he forgot to give me. (I felt so bad, Lol). Love the modern decor as well. Definitely worth the visit.

Honestly, this place was a bit of a miss for my fiancé and me. We had a reservation for 7:15 on Friday. When we arrived at 7:15, we were told that it would be about a 15-20m wait for our table to be ready. I totally understand that it sometimes takes a few minutes to get the table ready, but a 15-20m wait with a reservation seemed a bit atypical.
