Please know I am understating when I tell you that the dinner I had here was the best meal I’ve had in quite some time – and I tend to eat well. Per the recommendations of the wonderful bartender, Jeremy, we had the mussels, halibut, bolognese, and tres leches cake, and while common decency (barely) stopped us from licking each dish clean with reactions evocative of “When Harry Met Sally,” it did NOT prevent a few sneaky finger swipes through the remaining sauces. Jeremy also recommended cocktails and wine, and while I do not remember any of the names, they were, of course, the perfect compliments for our meal.

Food was delicious. I had the halibut, gf had the ravioli w/ chicken. Absolutely amazing. Drinks were great too! I had the Mable, gf had the Clover Club. There was live piano, great addition. Only knock is the service. Very long wait time between being seated and our server coming to the table and the server didn’t really know how to describe my drink. 100% would recommend Pine Room and will be back!

Absolutely love the Pine Room. They nailed it with the decor/ambiance. Best fried chicken in the city, hands down! Would love for them to mix up their draft beers selection. The bartenders are unreal for the cocktail connoisseurs. I’d put them up against anyone.

Generally way too loud inside. Lovely and cute decor but just overwhelmingly noisy. There’s a pianist which is nice, but added to how loud it was. The tables are quite close together which didn’t help. The acoustics were not good for how dense the set up is. My party and I had to borderline yell at eachother to hear what we were saying, and we were only maybe a couple feet away from eachother. Even had to do this with our server.

What a great find for us while vacationing in Prospect. We came in without reservation with a group of 9 at dinner time. The accommodated us seating us on the deck. It was a beautiful evening so the setting was perfect. Service was incredible for a group this size and sitting on the deck. I had a cheeseburger with fries. The burger was cooked perfectly and large enough I could not eat the whole thing. The fries were excellent as well. I had the cherry pie for desert and it was worth the wait, it was very good. The cocktails were excellent all night. We all had a great evening.

Stopped by for a late dinner. Food was good but the drinks were on point. We tried several of them and each was delicious. Our host, Jared, was the sweetest and gave us a great run down of the special and recommended some food. Our server was Kenneth and he was very knowledgeable about the food and drinks; helping us pick some of the craft cocktails based on what we liked.

Someone said I don’t leave positive reviews but I do when they’re earned and this halibut at The Pine Room definitely earned it and some! The light char on the zucchini, the herb butter on the fish and the Israeli cous cous was amazing! This is by far the best fish I’ve had in a long time probably since vacationing in the Keys. 11 out of 10! The burger and fried chicken is also amazing here, next time the pork chop..
