First time here, and we will be back. The southwestern salad with fruit salsa and pulled pork was so good! The corn bread with honey was amazing. Brisket was slightly dry. The sauce on the table helped. Service was wonderful. We visited on a weekday.

We dined in with a total of six of us.. Originally we were going to order online, however, the website was down not allowing us too. We knew this place gets busy so we call the head of time requesting a reservation…. We were told that it is first come first serve, even though the website says call for a reservation. We found a table no problem. However, while we were there, the bartender received a call and during that call he clearly told the people on the other line ” I will save a table of nine for you”… Where just a half an hour or so. We were told they did not take reservations and it was first come first serve…. When our table overheard that we were a bit in shock. The food was phenomenal, the waitress was friendly. There was a couple times she forgot about us, however, she apologized letting us know she was dealing with some of the new equipment they had to help them take orders. She said it was taking her a little more time. She was prompt on getting us our drinks. The price of the food is what it’s expected. I would stop at again. The doors are always open which does seem to attract some flies which is a bit of a turnoff for some.

The brisket was dry with no visible smoke ring, the ribs were dry with decent flavor, the coleslaw was completely one dimensional in flavor, the Mac and cheese fair, the baked beans were decent, and the “burnt ends” were not burnt without any visible caramelization and were served immersed in a greasy juice. And the barbecue sauce relies entirely too much on liquid smoke and contributes nothing to enhance the meats natural flavor.

Probably the worst BBQ I have ever had. Full slab of ribs were tasteless and pink/bloody in the middle, and probably baked in an oven. Definitely not smoked for more than 15 minutes…if that. Only two options for BBQ sauce is disappointing. The coleslaw was like eating salad with no dressing. The mac and cheese was obviously straight out of a plastic bag. The corn bread was not corn bread and it is that sweet corn cake mix out of a bag.

Friday night around 7pm. Found a good parking spot and walked right in and sat ourselves. The place was full so the timing was great. There are booths, tables in the open, bar seating and a long communal high-top table. Our server was attentive and we were well looked after. I thought the drink selection was great and my glass didn’t run dry once. Considering the volume of patrons they were serving, our wait time seemed acceptable to me. We had the Brisket Tacos, Ribs and Pulled Pork Sandwiches. Good stuff!! I enjoyed both the Regular & the Spicy Piggy Sauce that they offer and the house chips were really tasty as well. To switch it up, next visit I am going to sit at the bar and order more sides and some apps too! @devinejd

Had the sampler meal. Really good mac and cheese, kettle chips and pulled pork. The portion of four ribs I was served, had a lot of fat and the lemonade was a bit tart. Overall, I did like the restaurant and I do recommend it for BBQ lovers. Again, the kettle chips and mac/cheese are surprisingly very good and I LOVE their regular BBQ sauce. I did not try the spicy sauce, but the regular sauce has a nice touch of sweetness to it. The meal cost $37 base price.

If you want BBQ, this is the place. The meat was so tender, and the Mac and cheese side was creamy. Highly recommend ! We had ribs and brisket.
