My wife and I have only been once and therefore the scores are reflective of that. Both sandwishes were good. The wait was generally short. Drink options were decent, although caffeine free pop options would be nice but not really a deal breaker. I would also like to see more variety in chip options. However, with that said, it’s certainly a great addition to the downtown community with good food. We will certainly be going back. Very much recommended.

I have had many of the vegetarian sandwiches and all of them are great. I love the pickles that come with them too. Very friendly staff. My new favorite place to grab dinner when I don’t want to cook and I don’t know what I want.

Top shelf ingredients, friendly staff. And the biggest and best sandwiches in town. It may cost about $10 But so does NO and McD, so eat local and support the community!!

My sandwich was delicious, and the wait was short. Only flaw was that I asked for no pickle and my sandwich came out with one anyway, but it was wrapped in wax paper, so the juice didn’t leak everywhere. And it IS called the PICKLE Barrel.

My favorite place in town for getting a good lunch. Highly recommended, get the weekly special, health smart soups, they have a few salad selections, or one of the awesome sandwiches.

Decent sandwiches and awesome chips, but for being called “Pickle Barrel” they have some really strangely flavored pickles (very bitter). Kind of pricey too.
