It’s was my first time having sushi in a long time and I actually thought I didn’t like it until eating at the pho place. My wife and I both loved it and it was great since we were able to take our two children under two and not feel out of place on a Friday night. The prices are reasonable and service is really good. Somewhat lacking in the decor but for a quick neighborhood place I would totally recommend The Pho Place.

Decent Bahn mi, but there is tastier around town. Have gotten to-go from them a few times. Indoor seating seems un-inviting and no real patio seating option. Price is fair.

The owners are amazing super sweet and helpful. The food is delicious. One of my favorite spots, eat in or take out. And the pho is the best I have had in Raleigh!

I had really high hopes for this place but it’s just all over mediocre. Mediocre food. Mediocre service. Its all very very bland. Ingredient quality is decent. Prices are a bit higher than your average Vietnamese dining experience but not outrageous. However, if you’re familiar with Vietnamese food then you’ll recognize pretty quickly how watered-down in flavor everything here is. That was such a huge disappointment since the flavors of Vietnamese cuisine are so wonderful and unique. I really hoped a place wishing to dish them up would want to celebrate that more. I was so excited to find a Vietnamese option in Wake Forest but guys, this is not it. I’ll still be making the trip into Raleigh for food with more flare.

Very good hibachi. Best I’ve had in the area. However it wouldn’t be a honest review if I didn’t mention the service is terribly slow. I’ve ordered several times online in which you get usually a 40 min window and each time I go to pickup the food it’s never ready. Time and time again it’s the same reason they were busy. Tonight it took about an hour for 3 hibachi dinners one of them was a kids. Busy is good however they have to work out a better system to get the food out. Again food is really good however the wait time is LONG most times.

Was real impressed with this unassuming little establishment off the beaten path in North Raleigh.

First time ordering here, I ordered take out and this was 8 dollars (plus two dollars for the two sauces) not very good 🙁

Awesome, small, low key sushi spot tucked in a residential area. Friendly service, quiet atmosphere. But only one server. Besides that, everything was on point. We had 3 rolls and a habachi shrimp and it was all very good. I’ll definitely find myself back there in the near future and often.

We go here some time multiple times a week, and are never disappointed. This little neighborhood restaurant is only open for dinner, and is run by 2 brothers who are really great guys. The menu is pretty solid all around and offers a wide range of specialty rolls as well as more simple (and less expensive) maki. The menu is kept fresh and changes seasonally. It is most definitely worth a trip to try out. It is much smaller than most sushi places in Raleigh, but it is great if you prefer a quainter feel.
