This place opened up across the street from my work December 6th 2022. Two days later on December 8th, I came in for my first time. The service was slow, but still great service. The portions are larger than you might expect and it tastes delicious. The price is a good value for the amount of food you receive. It is now April 2023 and I’ve been back once a month since my first visit. The service has gotten much faster and I love coming down here on my lunch breaks. The atmosphere is nice and the servers seem to really like their jobs. I have recommended this to my coworkers and many have been down here.

Tried this Pho Place today and it was a 10/10! The area is super convenient and a good amount of parking as well. As for the food, it came out super fast and was delicious. I ordered the #10 Seafood Pho, all our bowls were packed with flavor in the broth and good portion of meat. The inside interior was also super nice, along with good music playing.

I had takeaway. Broth/noodles were good. Sprouts and veggies were old. Chicken was discolored and tasted gamey. Kind of a fishy taste. I’m giving 3 stars because the noodles were good and they provided good service.

We were here last Friday for a graduation party for my niece. The staff was super nice and didn’t seem annoyed at all when we had a crying baby in our party. The food was amazing as well. My family got pho and the BBQ chicken and it was all super tasty. My 6 yr old even almost ate her whole piece of BBQ chicken which was huge. The restaurant was nice and clean and aesthetically pleasing. And the prices were very fitting for what you order. We will definitely come back.

This location is better than the one on Oakdale Road. My only critique is that their broth is quite sweet for my palate. It is very clean tasting and you can tell they use quality spices. The pork chop rice plate was terrific!

Let me just say, if you are going to charge my party of 5 a 15% gratuity, make sure your receipt DON’T print party of 6 gratuity charge. That just rubs me the wrong way. We were going to see how much to tip when we saw that and we didn’t tip additionally. Our bill was $90+ and you charged us $13+ tip to total almost $115. I don’t have a problem tipping 15%-20% but just don’t have your receipt say PARTY OF 6. I understand that some people don’t tip but I didn’t like how you assumed we won’t. I came in after an appt across the street looking for something quick to warm up. One waitress came and said that none of the booths were available but if I was okay with sitting at a table, she showed me to the table and asked if I wanted water while I waited. I said sure and sat down looking at the menu then my phone while I waited and waited and waited until 30 minutes had passed and tables that were seated after me had already placed their orders etc. I realized the wait staff forgot about my existence while I was sitting in plane sight. I went to the front counter and one waitress saw me and asked what I needed. I said that I had been waiting to place an order for 30 minutes and no one had taken my order. She said she would help me after another table. When she came back she asked if I knew what I wanted to order. I said #2 small and I had been waiting for water the whole time as well. The girl kept giving me this look like why did I have a problem? Seriously?! Business is business. Take care of the paying customers and there’s no problem.

We were very impressed with this new restaurant and how clean and modern the décor was. Our server was very friendly and the food was delicious. Being health conscious and leaning towards meat free options, I was happy to order the vegan pho and vegetarian spring rolls. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!
