This place has the best philly’s but the service sucks! Good luck getting them to answer the phone. If you wanna place an order you have to go in to do that and wait 30 minutes. Sad that bad service will ruin such good food

I went about 2 pm and there was only a 10-15 minute wait to get my food after ordering. Walking in I was met by Robin. She was smiling and greeted me . There was no line. I ordered 2 of the 10 piece wing meal and paid about $35 with a lemonade. The lemonade tastes good and the food was seasoned well. It’s definitely one of those small locations that you have to double back another time. Ms. Robin said I’ll be back and she was right. See y’all soon!

I’m updating my review as I took my wife to show off a good place to eat. We arrived 20mins before closing and was planning on eating at the restaurant, but it took over 20 mins to get out food. When the young girl brought our food it was bagged up and we were kicked out of the restaurant. Really rude behavior from her, we would have been gone in 15 minutes, but instead we had soggy cold food since we had to take it back home with us. If they knew we wouldn’t be able to eat there, they should have told us and we would have just left. Also, on my first visit, I informed the worker that the table out front did not allow for the handicapped to get inside without going off and back on the curb. Can the owner/manager please confirm you have taken care of this?

I will start by saying the food is awesome. The staff is less than helpful and will not ever pick up the phone. I called from my vehicle while watching the cashier inside sit next to the phone and not pick it up.

We went on a Saturday evening around 6pm. We waited 10 mins and while we sat outside our food was brought to us with the condiments we asked for as well. Drove 10 mins home and food was still hot when we sat down to eat. Had the works, first time with pizza sauce and it was so good I wanted another one.

In 15years I have never had a bad meal. Everything on the menu is great, arcade games to play while you wait. You will wait a while because they are ALWAYS busy.

This place has some really nice employees sometimes . Other times they don’t listen to what I order and don’t do it right or at 11 am when they open they just watch you stand at the door for 5 minutes . Getting ridiculous

Food is usually pretty good, but just like pretty much every other review the service of this place is TERRIBLE. Do not expect a answer when you “call your order in”, this place doesn’t understand the concept of answering the phone. The Staff is the slowest group of individuals I have ever experienced. I’m not sure how the owner has not addressed his workers after countless reviews. Everyone loves your food dude, get better employees or just close your doors.
