This place is a cute place off the strip. We went to check it out due to their famous ube French toast we heard so much about. I was not a fan. It was a bit of a disappointment.

The pepper club is located inside The English hotel owned by Todd English in the arts district. Parking was pretty simple since they have a little lot by the building. The atmosphere is pretty cool thanks to the decorations but was not as lively as I thought it would be. We did have great service and the food was delicious. I will say it is on the pricier side. They are going for a more Japanese fusion for the cuisine so maybe not for everyone. I really enjoyed miso soup.

This place was beautiful and so was the food. Unfortunately it didn’t taste the same. I came for the Ube French 6 it was so pretty and looked exactly like the pictures I saw. However, the first bite was disgusting! I don’t know if they ran out of ingredients and had to substitute, but it tasted like horrible dye! Once that bitter taste of purple dye hit my wife and I both had to drink a full glass of water to try to get the taste out. I was so disappointed in the taste, but I got great pics. The other food was delicious. Bacon crispy and meaty, and the breakfast potatoes were delicious. I’m just very disappointed in the Ube French Toast.

We found this restaurant when planning our trip to Vegas and heard it was the best place in Vegas. It’s a quick Uber ride from the Las Vegas strip and we were so glad we ventured off the strip for the day to hang out in the art district. The art district was so quaint with many cool shops and restaurants to bop around to. The English Hotel and the Pepper Club have a beautiful aesthetic- super modern and clean with many flowers.

Food, drinks, and service did not disappoint. Sit at the bar, trust me, the bartenders will take such good care of you. Take their recommendations, but eat everything!!!! The miso salmon was delicious, the JFK sandwich was divine , and the chicken and waffles made me want to order it all again. Can’t wait to return next trip and try more food. Only reason I didn’t do 4 stars was the wait, made a 12:15 reservation for 4, got there 15 minutes early, and table still wasn’t ready til after we decided to stay at the bar and had already ordered.

Had an appointment downtown and came afterwards on a whim. Situated in a very nice hotel, we arrived at the Pepper Club during happy hour. Pretty cool happy hour with small bites and cocktails. The sushi was delicious, as was the Mac and cheese. Place was quiet, but gets busy on weekends apparently. Will try brunch next time as they do it daily.

When I say everything about this restaurant is perfection I mean it. The food, decor, staff, drinks and the food was exceptional. I cannot express how nice this restaurant is, and it is worth the drive/walk off the strip to visit. Our server was nothing but kind and was a pleasure to have. The cocktails were delicious, they were blended correctly and garnished beautifully. The food was to die for! The ube French toast is something you MUST order. If you come to this restaurant order the French toast and you will not on any level be disappointed. If you’re looking for more savoury food, the matcha chicken and waffles were spot on! The whole experience was nothing less than perfect, when visiting I will make this restaurant a part of each visit if I can!

The Ube French toast from this place is amazing! Definitely worth coming here for that alone. They also have bottomless mimosas available, and all the food we had was fantastic. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also very nice as well as the outside patio seating area. Whether you sit inside or out you are going to have a great experience. The outside area is also great for those who enjoy taking photos/selfies. Overall it’s one of the best places I’ve eaten at in Vegas.

It’s alright. Definitely not above average. Chances are you need to Uber over here unless you’re staying at the hotel it’s attached to. When you first enter, it’s quite nice. A center rectangular bar, high ceilings, and cozy booths all around. They also have a really nice patio, but it was closed when we went, probably due to the heat.
