When I first Visited here the food was amazing, I had the red beans and rice with a smoked sausage, the red beans gave a real Southern flavor but more watery than I like…my husband had Salmon! On our second visit the food was Average, husband again had Salmon so it’s safe to say that left an impression, (I don’t eat fish so I cannot give a review) I had the 1/2 rack ribs and they were not the absolute best I’ve tasted but they were edible, they offer two flavors I had BBQ…the sides are kinda pricey for the flavor…the Mac and cheese definitely needs some salt and pepper to taste and was OVERLY GREASY…the mashed potatoes had a different taste that had to grow on me but overall they were good, broccoli and cheese is just that & the sweet tea is amazing, customer service kinda dry but the food was prompt…we also had oysters for an appetizer they are amazing!

We ordered to go for dinner and I was impressed with the shrimp salad. It had a really good flavor and LOTS of shrimp, but the noodles were a bit overcooked. My sister had the veal cutlets, which were super tender, but the Mac and cheese wasn’t great. Noodles over cooked and no flavor.

First time here. I’m a trucker and am picking up at the Domino Sugar plant nearby. I was pleasantly surprised to find this place right next to a small truck stop. There is a huge variety on the menu: steaks, ribs, seafood, burgers, pasta, fried chicken, cajun, and more. I mainly tried some of the cajun dishes since I don’t go through Louisiana very often. Their new boudin eggrolls are phenomenal! I ordered quite a bit of food to sample much of the menu and took some to go. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Prices are fair. I will definitely be back if I’m in the area again since I only scratched the surface of their menu.

Absolutely love the Palms Too! Rosie is a joy! Been going there for a while. I’ve never enjoyed a seafood dish more. Has specials every day. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great food and atmosphere. Friendly wait staff. I loved the salad bar, has everything you could ever want on a salad… The restaurant shares the building with a casino, but there’s a outside entrance to where you never have to even go in the casino…

Food looks exquisite, but subpar in reality. Regarding the “Fried Seafood”: great taste, but ultimately inedible due to the sheer amounts of oil used. You will feel it that evening.

Very good food, however I had a T-bone steak ordered medium. Apparently they use a flame grill and the steak was burned on the exterior. Friends split the seafood platter for two and it was great! Taste great and enough to take some home. Service was very good but prices were on high side.

Today was the worst experience I’ve had as far as the food goes the servers and bartenders. They’re great. I asked for a chicken wrap fried and a shrimp wrap fried no ranch, no tomato not only do they fry them and wrap them so tight that the breading is soggy by time you get to it, they didn’t put the ranch on the side. Also that rap needs to go it is not complementing the sandwich. I paid $49 for two wraps one with fries, one with cream spinach that is utterly ridiculous and it was to go. No silverware and napkins 50 catch ups for a small order of fries was dumb last time I’m coming to your restaurant.

We got a $50 gift card for christmas so we decided to give it a try tonight. While the food was pretty good, not great but not horrible. I ordered two drinks both tasted like straight triple sec. Our waitress Cameron I believe (brown curly hair) was not friendly, had no suggestions, barely checked on us & just overall not very nice or personable. I don’t think we will be coming back. At those prices I expect quality food service and experience.
