As far as food trucks go, this husband and wife team get 5 stars!! The quality is excellent! If you see this food truck out and about at any festivals, get in line! They will sell out! The portions are big. We get two orders and share one right away and take the other home for another meal. Try it, you’ll like it!

The chicken curry and samosas are very good. It’s strange to think that curry on mashed potatoes would go so well together. The same goes for the samosas. The curry isn’t very hot, but has a nice warmth to it.

Delicious! Special cuisine created by two very wonderful people! I eat at The Pakalachian food truck every chance I get! The Tikka my senses is super tasty and a HUGE portion along with fries (Which are the only fries I’ve ever had that are delicious 6 hours later when I eat them cold.) and the curry me down south is always fantastic! I would love to enjoy their take on the sloppy joe again, it was spicy, tangy, and out of this world!

Spectacular flavors & friendly staff! The Tikka chicken sandwich was crispy & delicious! Daal was cooked perfectly. The fried green tomatoes were a show stopper!! I can’t wait to dine with them again!!!!

If you like your food spicy hot then this truck is for you. We tried the Uncle Keema Joe and the Tikka Chicken Sandwich they tasted ok but for our taste both had to much curry. $13.00 for 2 sandwiches and 2 bottles of water. Not a repeat meal for us.

The service is nice and quick. The people running it are organized and answer any question you have. The food comes out fresh and hot. Also, it is delicious. The portions are more than enough and you get what you pay for. Definitely recommend! 100% would eat again!
