In August 2010, Bill Fromholzer Jr. (a.k.a. Billy from Philly) opened The Original Steaks & Hoagies in Twinsburg, Ohio–and introduced authentic Philly Cheesesteaks and Hoagies to Northeast Ohio. In the 1980s, Bill’s family owned and operated three Laspada’s Original Steaks & Hoagies Cheesesteak shops in the Philly area. These locations continue to be award-winning steak and hoagie shops today.
Bill & his wife made a family decision to move back to the Philly area, so they began looking for someone to take over and maintain quality and standards. In 2017 new owners Jeff and Chef Josh took over and planned to not only keep that same quality product, but to expand the menu and company. On March 24th. 2018, National Cheesesteak Day

Drove 40 min to try this place and it was 110% worth it. Meat was cooked and seasoned perfect and the fries are similar to 5 Guy, but 1000 times better. And just to top everything off, the staff was super friendly!

This is the place for cheese steaks! So so so so good!! I get the buffalo blue cheese chicken Philly and it for real is to die for. The man who works the grill,online orders and the front end goes above and beyond. Only problem I have is the soda machine instore. I honestly go there for the fountain “Birch Beer” which is very hard to find here in ohio, but unfortunately the past 2 times I been here the fountain drinks only had the club soda with no flavor syrup in any drink. Not even the coke had syrup, it was only clear tv static water. That’s my only problem with this establishment. Fountain drink dispenser needs syrup! Other than that the food is AMAZING and so is the employee that works there on the weekends.

My girlfriend suggested lunch and & was enjoyable. I ordered the bbq chicken philly that’s made with bbq sauce and onion rings into the sandwich . My gf ordered the original steak Philly both sandwiches were great. And I had to grab a root beer for the road! About 10 short minutes to cook after ordering Good eats!

I went for the cheese steak and was NOT disappointed. Service was fast and polite. The dining area was sparkling clean. My cheese steak was prepared to order and very fast. The 9 inch sandwich was filled every inch with rib eye steak, mushrooms and peppers, exactly as ordered. I will definitely be coming back for more. Oh, how could I forget the beer battered fries? Also made to order, served piping hot. Yum.

We arrived at 7:15pm on 2/23/23 the door was locked and there was a hand written cardboard sign that said “restroom”, we waited 15 minutes along with a few other people who came to the door also. No one ever showed up to open the door, I figure they are hiding out until close?
