Surprisingly culturally diverse menu plating up standard breakfasts, Swedish, German, and Dutch Babies pancakes, crepes, and waffles. Servers give you a heads up that all pancakes are made from scratch and some need longer baking time – up to 20 minutes. Seating is spacious and can accommodate large groups. Service was stellar, and I’m eager to return to try the diversity of pancakes. This 30-plus state franchise has their pancakes dialed in!

Some of the best pancakes I’ve ever tasted! We were hungry so we had the Bacon and Eggs Breakfast which consisted of 6 huge, thick slices of bacon, 2 eggs, potatoes (to die for), and hot buttermilk pancakes. We would definitely go back! Beware! It’s not a quiet and calm breakfast place – lots of energy and conversations!

Great food, friendly staff, very nice atmosphere. Prices are higher than what I’d pay on the East Coast, but seem to be on par with the area. *Update: After going there for a few mornings, will say that this became our go-to breakfast joint for the week we stayed in Spokane. Definitely Highly Recommended.

We were seated quickly and received very nice service. Ordered the bacon buster, cornflake-crusted French toast and Dutch baby to share, all came out very fast and tasted great. Definitely try the tropical syrup on the pancakes. Love the mugs you can buy and take home as well!

If you love breakfast food, you will love this restaurant. It is on the pricier side for breakfast fare but the quality is high and the portions generous. Their 4-egg omelet is the size of a calzone, fluffy and cooked perfectly. Crepes are excellent. Orange juice is fresh-squeezed and fantastic. Everyone at our table of four enjoyed their breakfast and left very satisfied. Atmosphere is pleasant–well-lit and not overly crowded.
