I’m a big fan of The Original Pancake House but this particular location seems like it was the actual Original Pancake House from location, the layout inside, and overall atmosphere. I felt like I was sitting in one of the 24 hour waffle restaurants. Food and service was subpar. I brought an employee with me after bragging about the quality of food from this chain and was immediately embarrassed. Highly recommend skipping this location as it doesn’t live up to its franchise name.

The service is great. Food is delicious. I had steak and eggs with pancakes. We also had buckwheat pancakes with turkey sausage and eggs. There was a little wait time due to the popularity of this restaurant.

Little heavy but what you’d expect. The Dutch boy was a little bland but still overall pretty good. Omelette was Delicious as well. Would recommend

We had a wonderful meal! My boys and I had breakfast. The food portions are huge! Everything was delicious and the waitress was attentive. I had “the Works” and my meal could easily be shared. The buttermilk pancakes melt in your mouth. My bacon rashes were huge. So delicious. Skip IHOP and head to He Original Pancake House where the food is better!

Stopped here on Saturday morning and was surprised to see there wasn’t a wait and only about 2/3s full. It has been several years since our last visit but recall there was always at least an hour wait. Definitely an indicator that this place is no longer serving food at the level it used too but decided to stay and give it a try. Food was okay but pricey for what you get, especially the kids menu. The potato latkes were undercooked, cold and still hard. We did bring this to our waitresses attention and they removed them from the check. My biggest gripe was an inflation fee added to the check. Understand pricing of ingredients has increased due to inflation but that should be reflected on the per item pricing in the menu and not added as a single line item at the bottom of the check. We were not expecting this and it feels a bit deceitful. We used to love this restaurant but will likely look elsewhere in the future.

Food was great and portions were huge. Server Jackie was awesome. I work in fine dining so i understand good service. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Better service than some very high end restaurants ive been to. Great experience all around and i will definitely be back.

Think of a classic diner and their food.

I really like this place and so does my son. It can get packed on weekends so be prepared to wait. Normally we don’t have to wait more than 15 minutes.

The eggs were delicious and I have eaten here on many occasions and never had a problem with the food. Upon my last visit, the Swedish Lemon Crepes I ordered tasted like the batter was old and had that distinctly bad crepe taste. Anyone, who knows Crepes, understands there is no mediocre crepe, it is usually amazing, especially if the batter is fresh and it is cooked quickly and served hot. Lukewarm crepes or a cook not wanting to make a fresh batter of crepes because they would be closing in one hour, isn’t an excuse. It was inedible and now I wished I had asked for my money back but felt the Waitress did her best to get us the food as fast as she could, being short-staffed. My advice, stop serving crepes if you don’t have fresh crepes. You risk getting your clients sick, especially if the Crepes have an eggy smell to them.

Had breakfast at the Original Pancake House this morning. As always, the food was top-notch and the staff were incredibly pleasant. However, there’s an issue with delivery drivers parking in the fire lane and other non-parking spots. This creates hazardous conditions for guests, especially when walking from the parking lot and dealing with frustrated drivers trying to navigate around the improperly parked vehicles. Hoping they can address this soon for the safety of all.
