We’ve usually come in between 8-10am on the weekends and never had to wait. There are plenty of options on the menu. The food is great especially the pancakes (10 out of 10)! The coffee is also great and bottomless.

They have a new waitress named, Jenny and she was phenomenal! The most happiest waitress we have ever seen there and we’ve been going for years!!!!! Hire more people like her! Food is always great! Service is good but the other waitresses always looked miserable. Jenny was a burst of sunshine and made our Sunday family time a little brighter!

Waited to be seated, then had to wait another 45 minutes for our meal to be delivered. Waitress only stopped once after meal delivered to see if we needed anything. Had to wait another 10 minutes to find Waitress for check. While we were at our table from the time we were seated all the tables around us were dirty with dishes & left over food. Did not appear that anyone was actually trying to clean these up.

All delicious and great sized portions! All food is made from scratch, they whip the butter and mix batters every morning. They have their own coffee blend and squeeze their own orange juice. Everything taste fresh like it is!

We went to the WS/OP location and it has been freshly renovated. I ordered the Western omelette & blueberry pancakes which was excellent & plentiful! Service was very good during a busy Friday brunch crowd. Will definitely go again, previously I had only been to the Williansville location on Main St.
