The pizza came soggy and the sauce came all on one side I had to spread it out with a knife and the pizza was sticking to the netting and the cardboard

I first try this place a week ago and for the 2pizza 1 pop lunch special and it was very good decided to order for delivery and the pizza was everywhere in the box, shouldn’t be that I only live 2 minutes away. so I decided to maybe just come in and eat fresh for family dinner night with my son, Yet the delivery drivers are in the dining room being so loud and obnoxious, unprofessional topics about shooting guns and committing crimes the point my wife and i couldn’t even hear amongst each other and just grabbed our food and decided this is the place to bring a family. I saw the other reviews and I guess this place used to be a good place, not anymore. Management please hire better people.

I have been ordering pizza from here for the past 5 years. Never had a bad experience except once and I still gave them a second chance because their pizza is good. I ordered for pick up and I got a thin crust sausage and green pepper pizza which is my usual. When I got home and opened the pizza i noticed a stench as soon as I opened it. I kept smelling the pizza thinking this can’t be right. It had an odd spoiled smell to it. I called them to ask what kind of cheese they use the girl said mozzarella and I said is it supposed to smell spoiled? Because mine smells like spoiled sour milk. The lady was so defensive and said “no it’s made fresh it can’t be spoiled we order cheese every week.” I’m like I can bring the pizza back so you can smell it yourself. Overall it started snowing so i didn’t make it back to take the pizza. But the cheese was definitely spoiled. I’m sure it was not put away correctly or something. I used to love this place and won’t be going back

I want to say this place is amazing I have been goin here for years, love it. The main thing is this person Enrique Nava comes in and just yells out racist slurs at me and my daughter but has the nerves to make false comments. He lives a block or two away and just harass ppl all day. The place is amazing plzz don’t believe this racist.

Pizzas consistently delivered hot, fresh, delicious and on time!! Long time resident of the neighborhood and I’ve tried every pizza place from here and beyond but no one has ever been as consistent as Old World. Crispy crust with no flop!!! Highly recommend!!

I have been here multiple times and quite frankly won’t be coming back. Let me start by saying the food is fantastic, but if you don’t have basic customer service skills, you will lose me and a lot of other clients. First, I call, and the women who answered placed me on hold before I even heard what she said. After waiting ten minutes she answers and goes straight to asking me what I wanted. Didn’t apologize for the long wait or anything. Second, I go to pick up my order. I walked in and saw(African American woman) her by the cash register, waited a whole minute and said hello to her. She didn’t acknowledge me as I entered and was more pre occupied with whatever task she had. Tells me she’ll be right with me. She then proceeds to pack other orders in front of me having me wait, and it’s not only after five minutes of standing there she asks if I was picking up. I proceed by giving her my name as she walks away and goes to the kitchen. She comes back and says, you still have five minutes. I take out my wallet and I’m ready to pay and she not only doesn’t pay me any mind but starts packing up another salad. I’m like, literally I’m the only client in front and you can’t even charge me for the food I’ve been patiently waiting for. I walked away and won’t be coming back. With the last few years being as rough on the restaurant business as it has been, I can’t believe one, she would be hired for this type of job ( customer facing) and two, either she’s inadequate to do this or didn’t receive basic training. Both, faults of the establishment. And quite frankly, pizza restaurants are a dime a dozen and if you’ve lost me, I could only imagine how many more you will lose.

Love this place. I order from them at least twice a month, sometimes more. They live up to my high italian standards. I love the lasagna. The pizza is also my fav in the area. I get picky about pizza but after trying theirs it’s become my goto for a good thin crust pizza.

I got six wings and they were good, not great. Seems like more of a to go location that rating in. They do have four tables to eat at
