Amended— Sam made good on her word and we were able to come back and enjoy a savory meal. They remembered why we were there and staff was excellent. I think that I was so peeved initially because I have NEVER visited Krab Queenz and received subpar service. The make up visit was truly delightful and our server was new but she was attentive and personable. The food was excellently prepared. I have to admit that I feel better about the restaurant and the service. I have no complaints regarding this visit.

We came here, for the first time, from out of town. Tamica was our waitress. She was great. She was friendly, attentive, seemed as if she like her job, and wasn’t bothersome. We loved the atmosphere, too. Even though it was so busy that we had to wait for a table, it had a nice, well spaced, calm and chill vibe once seated. The food was delicious, too, especially with the Juicy special seasoning. We will definitely come back the next time we’re in town.

Maybe it was an off day, but the wait was long to be seated, find menus and to order. My food was good though. The music/dj was good. But kind of loud. The wait staff attempted to smooth things over. My group made it worth the wait. Also, I don’t like automatic gratuities. Extra $3 for a drink that took 30 minutes to get. *thumbsdown*

I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. yesterday was my baby 15th birthday and when I tell you the food was salty. they just poured the sauce on top of our seafood and it looked like my baby had McDonald fries and they didn’t have any type of seasoning on them smh. I wouldn’t have mind paying 200$ for good food but they food is wack and the floors was slippery

Went on a Saturday afternoon, right when they opened. I got the fried fish and shrimp with fries and everything tasted great. It was hot and fresh and it was evident that it had just come out of the grease which I was really happy about so I really did enjoy all my food. However, I was disappointed that they didn’t have the punch or any lemons but our waiter did apologize. We also didn’t get the garlic bread that was supposed to come with our meals.

My husband and I dined in. He ordered a boiled platter and I ordered fried fish. We did not receive our food at the same time. He got his platter about 15 minutes before I got my food. On top of that, his food was not hot. Most of the shrimp were simply warm and they tasted like they had been over-boiled or sitting out too long. When my food finally came out, the catfish was blackened (was not ordered like that) and the batter was burnt and too crispy. I had to peel off all of the crust to taste the fish. The waitress was nice, but we had to ask for our drinks that were ordered when we initially placed our food order. We didn’t get them until right before my food came out. I love to support black businesses, but this one was a fail for us. I guess they make you prepay so you can’t complain about the food when you actually get it.

Friendly staff, I ordered a seafood boil. The shrimp in that boil didn’t seem fresh. However the taste was satisfactory. Cocktails were well crafted and delicious. The restaurant needed better upkeep. The seating upholstery peeled and gave off an unclean unkept appearance.

First time coming to this restaurant and probably my last. First off floor very slippery, table wasn’t clean enough. Food came and it was cold. The shrimp was horrible. Didn’t even taste like shrimp. Didn’t like the fact you pay before you even get your food and there’s a no refund policy. I wondered why but it’s probably because it’s been complaints about the food. Now the potatoes were very good even though they were cold I enjoyed them. Crab legs were good also it was cold. I definitely would have wanted my money back for that food. Wasn’t happy that it was cold.
