I would ignore most other reviews from before Feb 2023 as it just changed hands from the OG chef/owner who decided to retire and sell to a new fam. Lucky for us all, the new folks seem to have kept the quality up on the signature burgers while adding many new non-burger items to the menu that I’ll have to come back to try. The burgers are still thick and delicious, they just need to improve the atmosphere a bit with some music, newer decorations, and get a beer license!

Five stars can not express the amount of gratitude I have for this restaurant. The customer service is impeccable and the food was absolutely marvelous. The burgers have soft brisket overtones with layers of vegetables and melt in your mouth cheese. Although there was not a lot of transactions being made when I visited, it was well worth the $10!

So I had a training class to take in Arlington a couple of weeks back. For lunch we all went to this restaurant. The ORIGINAL Chop House Burger. Yessss the one that was featured on TV years back. I must say the was huge and OMG delicious . Customer service was great. Hanging with my coworkers I haven’t seen in years since Covid. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you .

Best Burgers in town! Im super picky with my burgers but their famous chopped burger didn’t disappoint. They give good portions, burger is so flavorful and juicy and the service was excellent. We got to meet the owner and he was so kind and welcoming. The place has new owners but the quality is just as good, if not better. Reasonable prices. We will be back!

I had the Ruben and for some reason I thought I got one side with it, so I ordered the fries. The Ruben had very little pastrami it was chopped not sliced. The Sauerkraut was good and plenty of cheese and thousand island. The fries maybe 20 was on the plate. When we paid I was charged $4.00 for the floppy fries. Right at $19 for this meal. We won’t be back, one and done on this one! I do understand a Ruben Sandwich isn’t one of your specialty sandwiches. I will attach what it should look like. Notice the marble rye bread not soaked in butter, but crisp to the bite. Pastrami sliced not chopped.

Delicious Pre-birthday Dinner: Such delicious food I had the Swiss Mushroom Burger and Fried Pickles and Honey BBQ wings #2 Son Treated and Flambe Meat platter. Looked interesting. He loved it. Eldest had Double Texas Toast w Avocado Hamburger said it was Delicious. Then I got 4 cookie pack My Eldest bought Me. It was a fantastic Dinner .

50+ minutes for a basic burger and cheeseburger with fries. Had to remind them we were there. Burgers were small, sides were less. Waste of time and money. Not a good experience. I used to like this place.
