The service was good. The atmosphere was great, but the food was mediocre. Hubby got the cashew chicken which was okay: lacking in flavor. I got the special shrimp. The shrimp dish was overly sweet, and the shrimp were tough.

I have driven past The Orient on several occasions and it always seem to be bustling with customers. I am a very long time fan of hibachi Japanese food and I also like sushi and California roll style Japanese food. The restaurant itself is gorgeous and it’s like something you would expect to see near the beach in California. The service was impeccable, they made sure that with your permission they timed everything perfectly. The main chef was jovial and positive and colorful and gave us the true Japanese hibachi dining experience that we’ve all come to know and love. This evening I tried to tiger roll wraps and had the fillet and shrimp and I wasn’t disappointed. However the ginger sauce has no Ginger so you might want to bring your own Ginger sauce because you might need it but everything else is great. I highly recommend it and I recommend you go there for a truly wonderful dining experience.

Really enjoyed my first visit here. There was live music and overall a very nice atmosphere. Clean restrooms and free parking. The food was amazing. We sat on the patio. Views were great. Noisy traffic but it wasn’t terrible. I had the Marilyn MonRoll and I was so impressed. Everything was fresh. They didn’t have any ginger salad but I feel my server was being lazy and wouldn’t make any. The server probably took 20 minutes to finally greet us without any apology or awareness of his tardiness. That kinda took away from the experience.

I stubbed upon this place by mistake today. The food was good, and the price is pretty fair. From the moment you walk in, you’ll be treated with care and respect and lot of smiles. I was given a tour of the restaurant lol. The restaurant was really beautiful, great spot for family get together, first date, guys/ladies night out, worker’s night out, whatever if you guys craving Asian cuisine. The atmosphere is amazing, very clean and lovely decors. It’s a lot bigger inside than it looks outside they have hibachi, sushi, bar, lots of outside sit out, a beautiful pond with fishes you can feed. I have return with my family soon. I recommend this place.

Had a great dinner here Sunday evening. While my appetizer of chicken dumplings weren’t very crispy/hot I was too hungry to send them back. But the entree made up for it, easily the beef and broccoli I’ve ever had. Great flavor and the beef was extremely tender. I would definitely come again and try other items on the menu. Also tons of parking.

We’ve dined here several times for lunch, dinner, hibachi and main room dining. Firstly, the kids love the koi pond and always love feeding the fish as they have a food dispenser. The food is good and the cocktails are well made. I ordered the schezuan chicken and my husband ordered the king pao chicken. I was a little disappointed though because schezuan chicken is usually not deep fried and this definitely was. The gravy was a bit thick as well. The portions are generous and service was pretty quick today.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at a so-called high-end restaurant that left me utterly disgusted and disappointed. I ordered a refreshing beverage to accompany my meal, but what I received was nothing short of a nightmare. The restaurant had the audacity to serve me expired Coke, and to add insult to injury, the staff member I spoke to, Tim, had the nerve to insist that it was still safe to consume despite the expiration date.

I have passed this place at least twice a week. I would say to myself I have to go and try this place, so last week I did. I was thoroughly impressed with the patio atmosphere. Gavin was my server on the first day and was great. I ordered basil rolls, hot and sour soup, shrimp tempura, and my drink was pineapple jalapeno margarita (delicious). I enjoyed it so much I came back the next day LOL, I had Baja California rolls my new favorite and pineapple jalapeno margarita again. As long as the weather is great I will stop by at least once a week. This is my new spot for the summer.

Absolutely worth everything! I came here on a mommy solo lunch date and it was just the most peaceful, delicious, no clean up necessary meal. It is more upscale casual with a generous amount of care. I came at 11:30 on a Tuesday for lunch and sat outside. The atmosphere was so perfect for a peaceful lunch. Food was hot and fresh, crispy chicken and fresh vegetables in the fried rice. I will be coming here for ALLLL my Asian/sushi/ hibachi needs.
