I loved this restaurant. We were a group of two that walked in and we were seated immediately. Larger groups should call ahead. The food and environment were amazing and our server, Julia was awesome. The prices are great and the food was worth every penny. I would highly recommend you check them out!

We came in on a late flight and decided to eat here 20 minutes before closing. The staff was helpful and friendly and didn’t mind us being late. The food was terrific Italian cuisine. Good place and classy

The interior design of this old building is beautiful and classy, but homey at the same time. The old box car inside is super cool as well. The service was timely and our server was very kind and polite. The Mizithra and Browned Butter pasta is amazing. The flavor is dynamite and the flavors are so cohesive. The Chicken Marsala is creamy and flavorful. The portions are almost enough for 2 meals. I highly recommend finishing your meal with the spumoni. You can’t buy anything like it in stores. (Admittedly I already started to eat it before taking the picture.) This place is a must try if you are close to any of their locations. I have been to the one in Indianapolis, IN as well, and it was an equally great experience.

We got seated very quickly. The hostess was very sweet. Our server Kinsey was great. The atmosphere was very cool. With the train car in the middle of the restaurant and interesting interior.

I took the family here for a late lunch, and they enjoyed it. There was hardly anyone there. There was a parking garage right next door, which was very nice. The service was prompt, and friendly. Everyone enjoyed their food, but the prices are a little steep for what it is. Other than that, we had a good time. The kids really enjoyed their cotton candy limeade. The atmosphere is great, and the inside has an old time ambiance. The kids thought it was cool sitting in the trolly.

I haven’t been to the Spaghetti Factory in over nine years. I enjoyed myself, and the service was terrific. Our server was very attentive, provided excellent customer service, and was very prompt in delivering our food.

I researched family friendly restaurants in the area and this came up repeatedly and we had the best time. Cassidy was our server and she was exceptional. She recommended the lobster ravioli for my husband and he loved it. The kids were equally excited to see kids artwork on their dishes and we discussed how cool it would be if more places did this. The entire experience from eating in the trolley, the ambiance, atmosphere, everything was worth our road trip stop.

Yum yum. Food and staff is great but what won me over was the building. There is so much detail and money put into the decor. Beautiful.

The food was pretty good. But, we expected exceptional taste and portions due to the reputation. The service was stellar but they just didn’t quite meet our expectations.

The old spaghetti factory, now I haven’t been here in a very long time. As a kid we would come for field trips with beta club or the science club. Driving up from Bowling Green this was a always a treat. And it always felt like an extremely fancy experience, I really had not been back since then as an adult. A group of Twitter friends and I have created a chain gang where you go to different chain restaurants and have a new experience. The Night that we went to old spaghetti factory I was very excited. I was excited and looking forward to visit mizthra and Simoni. Our experience did not disappoint. I started off the night with an Italian cream soda. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the souvenir glass had changed to better reflect this restaurant. We then had some appetizers around the table. The cheese bread was quite a win. And then we got our salads and entrées. The salad was quite good with the creamy pesto dressing. And then I got the mizthra spaghetti, which was just as good as I remembered. Of course at the end of the evening I got spumoni ice cream, the entire table did. It was delicious. It was all the things that you remembered about spaghetti factory. Ambiance was lovely as I remembered. Service was well
