So much fun. Great food! The bartender Celestial IS THE BEST EVER! She had GREAT recommendations for food and drinks! The BOW was the bomb! Perch could have used a lighter batter, Chips were crisp and delicious, as was the sweet potatoes, the nostalgia and signage is amusing. Recommendations….bring back the fun “bucket” and hydraulic chairs!

It’s a good place to stop for some great eats. Wednesday was all you can eat catfish nuggets. They were delicious! Actually, most of their food is delicious… fresh fish is the way to go. Love the updated atmosphere. Outstanding work on the outdoor accommodations. Friendly faces and great food. A must stop after a long day on the water.

The food here is amazing. I had the grilled catfish and my husband had the sirloin and we were both delighted with everything. Big portions and the sides were really flavourful as well. Our server was really nice and the service was smooth and quick.

Food was good. The wait time was a little ridiculous. Took at least 10 minutes for anyone to come take out drink order. When got a pitcher of margaritas that was smaller than expected and cost $60 which was way too expensive for how small the pitcher was. Waitress was friendly. Would come back if wait time was reduced.

Food was great and staff was friendly, but the wait times were way too excessive. I’m talking from being acknowledged, to our drink orders, to our food orders, to our refills, to our checks. I’m not sure what was going on but what should have been maybe an hour experience was almost two hours. Hopefully this was just a fluke because the food was great, just not worth all the waits

The server was great! The food was horrible! I was vomiting time i walked out the building. I wasn’t sick before I ate! The bathrooms are horrible! They have two men’s restrooms. One doesn’t lock and the other is a closet turned into a restroom. They are remodeling with trip hazards all around. The have an offer if you eat so much food. I have a picture of the offer, but if completed you still have to pay. I didn’t eat that! I’m sorry I ate there at all. The only enjoyable part was bottomless napkins. Oh don’t ask for smelt! They have a delivery on Wednesday an supposedly gone next day! I DON’T advise anyone to eat there.

The food was better than the first 2 times we came out to The Oakdale. They were out of a few beers my husband wanted to try. Our server was friendly, but the atmosphere is lacking. And they still haven’t managed to patch the floor where they removed walls in the dining room.

I’m not sure what was going on here, but the wait times were a bit excessive. The food was fantastic, but the wait times totaled almost 2 hours. I’m not saying this place is bad, but something has to be addressed about the wait times so this doesn’t happen to future customers.

Took my family there for the 1st time on 5/2723. The hostess was great very kind and sat us right away. We sat at our table for at least 10 minutes without even being acknowledged by a server. As we watched the servers just stand around and talk to each other. Sad that we won’t be returning to this establishment.
