We are a wellness center located in the heart of the Thousand Oaks/Westlake area. Health is our focus. We have a team that specializes in smoothies, wellness evaluations, and group activities to help you achieve your health goals!
Every shake has a minimum of 24 grams of protein, is low in carbs, high in fiber, and has no added dairy! Our shakes are designed to be waistline friendly and in the zone. If you require any special ingredients or have any particular restrictions don’t hesitate to let one of our coaches know so we can make a shake that is just right for you. Great attempt at starting a business, unfortunately it is an Herbalife corporate storefront. There are no prices for their products as it is an invitation-only membership club. I’ve met REAL businesses who charge for less (with pure ingredients) than these Herbalife fronts who do not try and sell you their MLM pyramid scheme at all. If you were to switch out from Herbalife to another legitimate protein shake supplier and publically posted your prices, I’m sure you’d do a smashing good job at getting my and others’ business.

Walking in to Nutrition Fix for a shake definitely is one of my favorite parts if the day! The staff of Brenda, Mario, Whitley, Vanessa, and Grace always greeted you with a smile, and make you feel like a friend more than a customer! They almost always remember what shake you had last time you were there, and make those delicious shakes for you really quickly! They also give you a cup full of ice so you can choose from 3 flavors of team, and a shot of aloe vera, which is so cool and refreshing! The shakes are so great, and there are tons of flavors! Try them all or stick with your favorite. My favorite flavor is Peanut Butter Cookie! Mmm mmm! If you’re looking for a healthy and delicious meal replacement, head on in to the Nutrition Fix ASAP!!

It’s an Herbalife shake. The website says no ADDED dairy; for those of you who are avoiding dairy, one of the top seven allergens, because it’s whey and casein, both milk protein. If you have casein intolerance, I guarantee this will make you sick and possibly more fat. Note there is zero transparency of complete ingredients on the website or the menu, and you’ll have to ask or look up what’s listed on the menu as “formula” yourself. This is pretty much only for people who already know they do well on Herbalife. The risks inside the shakes are not worth the trial.

Great place to get delicious protien shakes! I was so sick and tired of plain chocolate protien shakes so I tried this place out and wow. There are so many flavors to choose from and each shake has atleast 24 grams of protein. What’s even better is that they are low in carbs too. These meal replacement shakes have helped me lose weight (along with some minor life style changes). Amazing staff and ambience plus you get a FREE tea and tasty aloe juice. Would highly recommend!
