The Notorious P.I.G. BBQ Menu – Missoula, MT

Type : Barbecue restaurant

Location : Missoula, MT

Having put down our roots in St. Louis and cut our teeth in the Midwest, we have learned that good BBQ is found all over the nation. For this reason, The Notorious P.I.G is not strictly St. Louis style BBQ. Our founding fathers have taken everything they’ve learned at home and developed an all-star menu. We’ve gone all over the country and hand-picked our favorite renditions of America’s favorite cuisine: Memphis style ribs, Kansas City burnt ends, Texas-style brisket, New York City pastrami…do you get the point?

What are we bringing to your table? A fusion of the best flavors, rubs, and sauces, outside of your grandpappy’s secret family recipe. We’re also trying every day to bring new flavors to the world of smoked meats.

Based on 485 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.7 stars. Price $$

Loved the cornbread! The brisket was, of course, delicious as was the potato salad. But the cornbread had little kernels of joy embedded in it ! It was moist and had full flavor. Definitely some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had.

this was some of the best bbq i have ever had. we ordered a half rack combo with brisket, baked beans, and potato salad. all four things were absolutely delicious. i really want to come back to try the mac n cheese, cole slaw, and burnt ends. i really loved that each table had a multitude of amazing sauces to pair with the meats and the employees were very friendly and helpful. i cannot wait to come back when im missoula.

On a recent visit to Missoula my friends and I ate at the Notorious P.I.G. It was fabulous! We ordered a platter to split between four people. Our two favorites were the pulled pork and the barbecue chicken. The fire and ice pickles were wonderful- sweet, spicy, and crunchy. The potato salad, cole slaw, and the mac-n-cheese were very nice. All of the sauces were good and we liked that we could add our own sauce as needed. Lastly, the amount of food on the platter was more than enough for four people and we ended up taking some food home.

Traveling for work I’m always on the lookout for good places to eat. Notorious P.I.G. did not disappoint! It was so good I ate it 2 nights in a row. Try to get there early as they begin to run out of different main dishes. The brisket was some of the best I have ever had. Before I left I was already telling friends and family, “if you find yourself in Missoula, do yourself a favor and go eat at Notorious P.I.G.!”

Notoriously Good grub. I Can still taste the fabulous burnt ends, beans and Deviled egg potato salad. Weather is getting warmer and then there is outside seating. Stop on in and pig out on the ample portions of the many choices.

My 18-year-old son and I ordered the platter special and it included four different meats and four sides. We tried the brisket, the smoked turkey, the half rack, and the pulled pork. For the sides we went with the macaroni and cheese, applesauce, fire and ice pickles, and The deviled egg potato salad. Hands down, this was the best barbecue I’ve ever had and barely beat Pappy’s Smokehouse in St Louis. Definitely stop here if you get the chance.
