Dori and Sara were fabulous bartenders! Great cocktails and conversation and the bar atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The dinning room looks like a cafeteria, zero ambience, nothing inviting. We had a fantastic server Amy (only reason for 3 stars). Salad bar was small, but everything fresh and tasty. We asked if the beef was Prime and couldn’t get an answer, that should have warned us. Forty five dollars for prime rib that was flavorless and tough shouldn’t happen. Amy did her best to make it right, certainly not the servers fault. Guess the main cook was off. Unfortunately the kitchen help was not trained on seasoning, cooking or even cutting. We would go back for the bar and Amy.

Wow!!! This was a great supper club experience! We both had pan fried fish, I had the Walleye she had the lake perch. They were both cooked perfect! Spiced great, crispy outside, the tender moist inside .tarter sauce just sat there sad from not being used! Got a side of soup also, roasted red pepper with Gouda cheese. It was great too. They had a small salad bar, but all the right stuff on it! Don’t need a huge one when you know what to put on it! Can’t go wiring going here! Old fashioned was spot on also!

This place is amazing! We visited on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. We went a little later, and there was no wait for a table. I got the mushroom ravioli, and my boyfriend got the prime rib. His prime rib was cooked to perfection, and my ravioli was amazing (and there was enough for 2 servings). Our server was super friendly and very quick with her service. We would definitely go back!

Excellent food! Nice salad bar, one of the guests in our party ordered the king cut prime rib. Not only was the price decent but oh my goodness was that a huge cut of beef. I had chicken Jaeger schnitzel which was excellent. So much food that all of us had to take doggy bags home. Well poured drinks, the only thing I didn’t care for was the atmosphere. It was kind of stark, for lack of a better term, but that really didn’t matter. Our waitress was excellent also, spot on service, never an empty water glass. She had a fabulous attitude. The staff just seemed happy to be working there. It makes a big difference in the meal experience. I would highly recommend a nice dinner. We will be back next time we’re in Door County.

The Mill Supper Club features good traditional supper club stables alongside specialty German dishes in a relaxed friendly atmosphere.

Due to the location it is easy to drive right by as we have done for years. After our visit last night, we would recommend stopping in. A great supper club bar to start with, with a great bartender who makes a fabulous Old Fashioned! We enjoyed the fresh and well stocked salad bar, which is a rarity these days. Our waitress, Polly, was a treasure…friendly, attentive & fun. At the bartender’s recommendation, with a 2nd from Polly, we had the Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta. It was delicious and a large portion. We will be back! A special shout-out to Polly for making our visit fun & enjoyable. This is a truly super supper club!

I was looking for a classic Wi supper club fee and this was it. Great fish fry, great ravioli, some of the best bread I’ve ever had, good drinks, kind service. Just what I was looking for

Went there because of a local recommendation. Dining room is well hidden behind the bar. Had to ask how to get to dining room. Saw the dining room and I t was like an Army mess hall. Very sterile. Went to the bar for a drink and to talk about Plan B. Couldn’t get waited on despite not being crowded, so we left.

What a treat! This was our first time visiting a Supper Club, and we struck gold with our first one. From the moment we stepped through the door we were made to feel welcome. The bar maid was friendly and helpful. We were seated by a very nice man, and our server was so gracious. We had the Sunday Night special of broasted chicken, whipped potatoes with gravy, dressing cranberry sauce and coleslaw. The dinner rolls were so good. The meal was a very good value for the money. This place was a bit like stepping back in time to a gentler era. Absolutely loved it.

I have been here twice so far. It’s one of my favorite restaurants in the Sturgeon Bay area. My wife absolutely loves their burgers, and I have really enjoyed the German dishes. The Spätzle is amazing, as is the poutine. The salad bar was fresh with a good selection of veggies, and the lettuce had a nice mix of various greens. It’s not the boring pile of iceburg lettuce like you get at most places.
