We went for the experience, our service, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic! But I do have to say it was extremely overpriced for the food we did get. Meat was fatty the one plus of the food was you got as many vegetables as you asked for but still… I would rather have a higher quality meat.

My first time. My wife has gone years ago. The food was exquisite! Service was exceptional! The young lady was very prompt and did very well for being newer! Other then the other customers louder conversations it was beyond amazing experience!! (Not that anything can be done with others conversations) but we definitely will return!!

My husband and I ordered the Premium endless dinner, with the cost of $56.00 per person. The food was brought to our table, and as our food was cooking (we chose the grill option), thinking we might want a little more, we ordered more shrimp. We each received four more shrimp. As our food cooked and we began eating we became pretty full, unable to eat all of what was brought to us. We asked for a box and were told it was not allowed with the Premium endless dinner option. I asked if we could take home what was initially brought to the table, and not the extra shrimp as we still had quite a bit of food left and we were told, “no”. It was their policy to not allow boxes for the endless dinner. Not even for the food that was initially served. At $56.00 per person we could not even take home the food that we paid for. We requested a manager who went on about it being their policy because people order the endless dinner and then load up on extra food. We clearly did not do this. We simply wanted what was initially brought out and if that meant not the extra four pieces shrimp, no big deal. We had to argue with the manager until she finally gave us boxes for the food that we paid $56.00 each for.

Got lucky there was availability on a busy Monday night. Got luckier being seated in the romantic alcove. Evan did a wonderful job explaining the menu, describing the process and bringing us our items as well as our additional requests. We went with the big night out meal and left completely full and with a few leftovers. A great place for your special occasion.

This was a fantastic evening with my family. I have two siblings at 8 and 11, and the waiter was very accommodating to their requests. He even procured a bandaid when the littlest injured her finger (not related to the melting pot at all, just typical 8 year old injuries). When she later asked for extra strawberries for the dessert fondue, the waiter again carried out the order quickly, and he really made the effort to welcome all of us.

We go here a few times a year and it’s always delicious- the veggies and meat are always fresh and good quality as is the cheese and all the chocolate fondues. Our server today was exceptional and very good at her job. It was just my 15-year old daughter and I today for a girls lunch. The new decor is gorgeous! Will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to the Melting Pot with my family for years and always enjoyed it….until last night. Stopped last night with my kids who were visiting from Milwaukee and Los Angeles and was VERY disappointed. The cheese fondue came with moldy bread!! When I told our waitress and showed her the mold, she said, “I’m sorry, I’ll take that away”. I was shocked!! She forgot our drink order three different times, the food was sub par and in the end, we were charged $343.00. I paid the bill and because I don’t see my kids that often because they live in different cities, I didn’t want to raise hell about it last night…but COME ON!!! I didn’t take my kids to Taco Bell! I brought them to what SHOULD have been an awesome meal. It’s too bad because I really enjoyed eating there in the past.
