First time dinning here & definitely will NOT be the last time. As soon as my partner and I stepped through the door, we felt so welcome by the manager at the hostess stand. We were sat very quickly & served right away. The staff was some of the nicest people I’ve ever been served by at a restaurant. The food was impeccable!! Give yourself 2hours minimum to really enjoy the experience and food if you visit. 11/10 overall (food, staff, customer service, experience)!!

Horrible experience, if you are a vegetarian please do not go here for date night. My wife and I went after dinner at two cities pizza and the smell really threw us off, but we decided to have dessert anyways but it was a really bad decision. Nice experience to have, but it’s not our taste. The cheese pot was nice and creamy, but the flavor of the meat pot was quite unexpected. It’s too sour for me, the quality of the meat was really good though. We ordered dark chocolate for the dessert pot, too sweet.

How the Melting Pot has gone down hill in the last 15 years. Was so looking forward to our dinner and we were SOOOO disappointed. Service was horrible, non-existent. Had to flag her down to get water refills. Our bread for the cheese dip was hard, not fresh. Very little vegetables. I could keep going on how horrible it was because it was not the Melting Pot I frequented yearly to take my kids. It was our go to restaurant as they were growing up. So sad. Now it’s just overpriced and smaller portions. Maybe it’s just this location in Duluth. Mediocre. Will not be returning to this location.
