The food isn’t that tasty, at least not when you get it to boil it in a broth, perhaps the grilled option would have been a better option and more flavorful. The ambiance and expel me is very nice for sure, but a little too dark. Do not get the Quattro a cheese unless you want a very wine tasting cheese dip. The wine was too overpowering. The strawberry basil lemonade was amazing. The service was great and everyone was very nice and attentive.

Priscilla was awesome! She provided us such wonderful service with a smile! It was my first time ever going to the melting pot and she explained everything on the menu so well! Also, the drinks & food are delicious! My fiancé & I had a wonderful meal here and left feeling so full!

We came here on Mother’s Day for our Anniversary Dinner and was pleasantly surprised by our expectations being superseded! The restaurant is very intimate with private table areas and romantically lit. Our server Priscilla is an amazing person with a very likeable personality. She guided us through the menu and our experience. The drinks and food quality were excellent. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

We went for mother’s days dinner. Had a great private table.. this was our first time at a Melting Pot and although it is a bit pricey, it’s very unique. I probably would return only for cheese appetizer and chocolate dessert fondue, the dinner broth cooking was ok, I just really enjoyed the cheese and chocolate more. But the best part of our experience was our server, Justin. He was great! So friendly and funny and attentive. The whole staff was really nice, hostess, bartender, anyone we encountered. They really have a great staff at the white plains location. Great time and lots of laughs

Fun place to have a meal, especially if you want to try something different. Plenty of food, so you won’t leave hungry. Particularly enjoyed dipping bread and veggies into melted cheddar. The steak and fish were all fresh, and did not take long to cook. For dessert, dipping fruit and marshmallows into melted smores was heavenly. Our meal got off to a bit of a rocky start, as a burner did not work at our table, we had to switch tables, and then they ran out of multiple wine selections. However, they were very professional, and the manager addressed these issues quickly and appropriately. He even offered us a glass of wine on the house. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a really enjoyable dining experience.
