This used to be a good restaurant. They closed during Covid and reopened as the Market. Today (Saturday) we went in and ordered at the counter. There is no table service. Cash register lady was abrasive, short, and rude. Tables unclean. Limited menu meal was fine. I asked if they could clean the table off and she stated, “the water and rag are on top of the garbage can.” Ewww. When we asked for a normal knife to cut hamburger, she indicated we had to use the plastic one in the packet, which was not long enough to cut a hamburger. Omg, negative stars for service. A+ for view.

This restaurant must be the best kept secret along this shoreline. The Wave burger is incredible. Topped with bacon, a sliced sausage and a jalapeño popper. Your only struggle will be smashing it down to take a bite. I don’t know why this place is just advertised as a market. It is a full service restaurant with great food and a bar. If you are traveling through here and love burgers you will remember this one for s lifetime.

We ordered a Holiday dinner for take-out and picked it up on Christmas Eve. Boy, are we glad we did! It was excellent! Pineapple glazed ham with hunks of pineapple and plenty of juice. Best ham I have ever had. The sides, potatoes au gratin and green beans with mushrooms and onions, were just as excellent. Topping it off was a delicious apple pie. $75 for the 3lb ham and enough to feed 4 to 6 people. We are only 2 and will enjoy a few meals. I highly recommend a take-out meal, especially on holidays.
