We had a staycation, made a reservation at Mahogany and while the staff was impressive, the meal was not… The next day we found The Manhattan.

Love the ambiance of this location. It’s whimsical decor was interesting and had the flair of fun. From the umbrella , “umbrella holder” to the cocktail drink display on the shelf. The tables looked rustic with a touch of chic. The food was delish! I had the French dip sandwich, my friend had the Cuban sandwich . She requested no mustard or pickles… she got both. We didn’t mention it to the server, so not sure where the error originated. *She was training (which is harder than one would think). I was pleased with my choice…… I had it as is with a house salad & homemade ranch.

Came here after a conference at The Omni. Quick walk down the street. The house Manhattan was very good but the real show stopper was the linguine Alfredo with lobster. A light delicate sauce (for an Alfredo) with a generous amount of lobster. Nice laid back atmosphere with a great bartender. Perfect downtown spot.

So I saw great reviews, we were so excited! I had a party of 8, paid the deposit to hold the reservation and everything! Food took SO long and came out at all different times…..which isn’t a huge deal however the pork chop was very undercooked and pink……the salad I order with chicken only had cubes of very dry and old-tasting chicken and even the baked potatoes were hard in the middle. The special steak was so thin …I wanted to get a refund but the manager was so busy helping others that had issues as well, never even came to us. The server apologized and was very embarrassed. We told her not her fault and still tipped her well but I definitely would NEVER go back. Food is terrible, kind of sad also still would love a refund for my husband and I meal. So much for a yummy date night 🙁

We went there for lunch. Great atmosphere great food. I had the Tower of Tuna, with a few saltine crackers added on the side. While it was listed as an appetizer, it made a great lunch.

I’ve ordered more pickup than eaten here, to preface.

Lovely spot in Oklahoma City! The food was a little dry in some areas (avocado toast), but the Mac and cheese bites were amazing! Amazing cocktail menu. The martini wasn’t smooth, but otherwise great experience!

Service and food were fantastic! It was a very nice place but still felt chill, maybe cause the staff was attentive and accommodating but had a great attitude. We felt welcomed, and the food was legit good. We ordered deviled eggs for an appetizer, I got the lobster fettucine and lobster risotto to go for my husband, of course, I had several bites and that was better than my fettuccine, which was also delicious. My friend got the filet with demiglaze. She finished her entire plate, which she hasn’t done in a while (so thank you). The steak was ordered medium, and well, it was overcooked to medium well but still tender and delicious. And holy mother cow, you HAVE to get the cheesecake.. YOU HAVE TO GET THE CHEESECAKE! Soooo goooood.

The restaurant is lovely. The service was decent. It’s a fairly small restaurant. So having the servers all horseplaying and chasing each other into the kitchen and behind a black curtain – shouting and being rowdy – was disruptive. The big problem was the food. We had a crab ball appetizer that was $18 and contained perhaps 4 tablespoons of crab total. The ceasar salad had unseasoned chunks of white bread for crouton. The French onion soup was beef stew broth with onions – but not a bit of cheese or crouton on top, as there should have been. It was watery onion gravy. My spouse ordered the filet which came out completely unseasoned. Not even a sprinkle of salt – and no salt or pepper on the tables. I ordered the mushroom risotto with shrimp. It was undercooked, chalky arborrio rice in watery unseasoned broth with large chunks of raw onions, rubbery mushrooms that may have been from a can, and hard overcooked shrimp. And despite the Keurig coffee pod coffee maker on the counter, they do not serve decaf. It was over $150 with two glasses of wine. Let’s just say it was an adventure I would not repeat.
