I’ve given The Mailroom a good old college try even though I’ve been out of college for many years and know better than to pick this place to eat. However, after this morning’s brunch, I’m out for good and you should be also. If you go for anything, go for the mimosa and leave for the food and service. From the moment we sat down it was a disaster. Took 12 minutes to even be acknowledged by our waitress. She took our drink order and about about 8 minutes later we got half our drink order, but not our coffee. The waitress explained that our one cup that she was delivering was because they had to make a giant pot before delivering the second cup. You can see from the photo that it was in a crazy dirty cup, even though the saucer didn’t have coffee in it…and to make matters worse, when we questioned the server about it, she said it was like that because it sat next to the coffee pot and she really had to pump it to get cider out. And…that she would serve us in a dirty cup.. except that she just had. Well that would explain why it tasted like the bottom of the pot. Good news though, she wiped the cup off (not sure with what ) and brought it back. Then…about 45 minutes later the food started coming out. Burnt, the wrong order, and cold. But other than that it was great . In their defense, the manager took the two wrong orders off the bill, but never came over to acknowledge us himself (herself?). Our server was pleasant and I almost felt sorry for her working at this place…but then it was hard to know if the issue was hers, the restaurants, or both. Don’t waste your $$$ or your time and eat elsewhere.

The service was amazing so polite. The food was to die for… we both ordered ribeyes and they were cooked to perfection. So much flavor and so soft. The drinks were great and the prices were right on point. I would absolutely go back and recommend. It’s a great environment for dates and relaxing hang out.

Such a fun time we had yesterday afternoon celebrating our birthdays. What a treat! We were treated so beautifully by the staff. Our server was great! The food and desserts were delicious. We received VIP treatment by Jake. Jake was lovely!

We came here for Sunday brunch and there were a lot of people waiting to get seated and you could clearly see there were a lot of tables open. Waited 30 minutes to be seated. We Got seated and our waiter didn’t come to our table until 20 minutes later!!( we had to let another server know bc she forgot about us.) Mimosas were not worth the hype. They give you so little and not worth the price you pay for. Our food took another 30 minutes and our waiter only came once to refill our drinks. Food was okay. 2 out of 10. You gotta ask for condiments bc they aren’t served at the table. That took another 10 minutes and by that time, I was already halfway done with the food. Service was VERY SLOW. If you need the restroom, there’s only two restroom that’s shared men and women. You gotta walk downstairs for the full bathroom. The only thing I loved is the atmosphere bc there’s an outdoor seating area. This was our first time being here and honestly didn’t have a good experience.

Love this place. I had the breakfast burger w/mailroom potatoes. We ate at the bar, or there would have been a 20m wait for a lunch table. The place is awesome, and the food was phenomenal. A must eat in Clarksville.

The mailroom lived up to its reputation, slow as a snail mail, we went here for lunch I ordered a simple can of beer Coors light, 20 minutes later she brought me a Coors banquet not the right beer I ordered, so she took it back in again 15 minutes later bye Beer arrived. A few minutes after my Beer arrived. Our lunch arrived. My wife’s lunch was a vegetable pasta, but had no vegetables. Unbelievable. I had the cowboy burger with vegetables, which I had no complaints on. We ordered a side of vegetables for my wife’s lunch and I ordered another beer. Needless to say my beer never came in the side order of vegetables never came. The bill came to me with three beer charges when I only had one and a charge for the vegetables, which we never got them. Very very bad experience, we only went for lunch here because it was dog friendly but never again.

Food -Based on my one visit and one dish only. This is the Korean Cauliflower steak. This is not a cauliflower steak, it is two chunks. Barely any color and not cooked through. DON’T GET the pineapple fried rice with any dish. I am a big fan of pineapple fried rice and this chef obviously has NEVER had real pineapple fried rice or even cooked rice. It was mush and flavorless and 1 chunk of pineapple. Gordon Ramsay would have spit it out. I didn’t even eat it. I ate the cauliflower, though it was pretty raw, some kimchee, and the pickles. Let me say this, the Cheesecake factory makes better Korean Cauliflower. I will give the mailroom another try, but this meal was just awful. I am not a vegetarian, but this dish was an insult to them. Service was fine.

The Mailroom was beyond expectations. The food and service were top notch. If the weather is nice out, request outside seating. The views of the city and sunset are great! Went with a group of 8, and were taken care of with no issues.
