I had the gobble with chips and cheesy chicken noodle soup. Everything was fantastic. Sandwich is made fresh and all the ingredients taste very fresh. The soup was so good. I’ll be back for sure. Only downside I would say is a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

I have experienced extremely rude customer service. I believe it’s a racial situation. I’m Hispanic and I could be wrong but I don’t believe so.On several occasions I was not greeted upon entering, however other white Caucasian customers entered and were greeted immediately. I only go there to pick orders cause I work for a third party delivery company. I will never give them my business. Every time I enter I always feel a coldness towards me especially from the manager or supervisor

My first visit here. Food was good, though high priced in my opinion. Service not great. We placed an order at 10:30, when they open. We were short handed doing month end close, and pressed for time. A coworker ran to pick up our order for 5 people. She was handed one bag, once she returned to work we realized we were missing 2 orders. She called and was told they “started to” go after her to give her the other part of our order. She asked if it could be delivered but they refused because they were short handed. So although we had ordered to save time because we were shorthanded, I had to make the 45 minute round trip to pick up our order they “started to” fulfill correctly. They did give me 2 cookies to make up for my lost 45 minutes of time, (that’s about $10 per cookie, yay! Thanks!) Not impressed. Below is my chicken salad salad that cost $9 and two trips.

The online ordering option doesn’t work and if you call to place an order, they’ll hang up on you. I called twice and they did the same thing both times. I did call 30 minutes before closing, but they’d rather hang up than be honest and let you know they’re no longer taking orders. Thanks The Lunch Box!

If You Want to Buy expensive Sandwiches and Get The Poorest Customer service there could be in a 35 mile Radius this is The Place, I’ve been here a couple of times to only realize with my Own eyes we still live in a Rotten Racist Jim Crow Law abiding Texas, doesn’t take much to notice how defective Customer service is and how I see Customers and Dashers wait up to an Hour waiting to get their food like showing up to pick up you food and the person who arrived last gets served first, specially done on purpose maybe cause I’m Hispanic and This restaurant is within La Porte (Long Paper) Grounds so it doesn’t surprise me. A whole lot of better sandwiches around Pasadena.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 salads to go during my lunch break. A table of 3 ordered after me, received food, ate their meal, and left the restaurant before I was given 2 salads to go. If the wait was going to be 30 minutes , I would have liked to know before I paid.

First time visiting and I was thoroughly impressed. Come here if you’re looking for sandwiches, soups, salads, and more. I had the Thursday special, Southwestern chicken I believe, and it was delicious. Spice from the chile and the cheese and on a perfectly baked baguette of sorts. The fruit side was tasty as well!
