Everything was great except the service unfortunately. The bartenders, specifically Smokey seemed extremely bothered & annoyed by my entire group & was extremely rude. He made us all very uncomfortable. We ended up leaving & having a few beers back at our campsite because of how unwelcoming the staff was.

Smokey was so incredibly rude. We kept getting ignored by him even when we were extremely polite he told my friends to “go somewhere else” because we were “killing him” with the food? The kitchen didn’t close for another hour and he was just awful everyone else was rude for no reason 0/10 bar experience.

Multiple party members went home with food poisoning. A party member ordered Mac + Cheese that tasted sour and metallic, like it had been made with sour milk. Alfredo also tasted very off, probably sour milk again. Baked potatoes were rotten. Rest of the food was edible, not great. No soap or toilet paper in the restrooms, and dirty tables..

Overall 0/10 experience. Extremely rude staff & mediocre food. Very off-putting experience compared to every other part of ACE. We may consider other options for food & camping location moving forward as my group particularly enjoys having a nice food establishment on property where we stay

I give this place one star, came to the water park for the evening, family and I had a blast. Decided to eat at The Lost Paddle due to the positive reviews. The restaurant was self seating and we sat outside. Waited 10 mins and we weren’t greeted or served. Server definitely knew we were there. We got up at left. Unfortunately we didn’t get the experience we wanted.
