Food was wonderful as it should be with the name. But the service was lacking enough for us not to return. Left a note on the receipt due to the bill being over $100 and service being lack of worth. Being a former waitress puts everything into perspective, having to constantly wave down a waitress for everything and still waiting over 30 minutes for food out of 1 other table. Other customers seemed as unhappy as with their Togo orders weren’t right. Chatting with your fellow waitresses should not interfere with service performance. This place just needs a pick-me-up in proper management.

After hearing about the good food, my mother and I decided to dine at The Lost Cajun restaurant today. We ordered the Fried Seafood Platter, well worth $23. I’m very picky about were and what I eat. The food was great and our server, Kobe was EXCELLENT! He suggested items on the menu, great choice. Kobe is the type of employee that make people return to an establishment. We enjoyed our visit, that says a lot coming from me. Thank you

We catered my mom’s retirement party. This was one of the best decisions I could have made. The food was great and I got so many compliments but most of all my experience with the owners was amazing. They didn’t know me but they treated me like I was family. We had an amazing event.

I have been hearing so many great things about The Lost Cajun – Byram that I had to experience it for myself. I’m not one who eats out often, but I will definitely keep returning to this great restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted… and immediately taken to my table and met just the nicest waitress. I immediately received my drink order and then within just a few minutes, here comes the Voodoo Pasta. OUTSTANDING. With few family restaurants to choose from in Byram, The Lost Cajun is a welcomed surprise… and one of THE best restaurants and food in the Jackson Metro Area

We’re from Ohio and were RVing through and saw this place. We wanted to try some Cajun food not knowing if we would like it. WOW WOW WOW is was amazing. We tried many items off the menu and loved them all. From gator bites to stir fry shrimp to fried shrimp and fish to jambalaya, to shrimp gumbo to cajun fries it was all so good. The staff was so friendly and helpful to us Yankees chosing what to have. The chef came out and talked with us. Wish we had more time in the area we would most definitely have been back.

Food was great. Service not so much. Sat around twenty minutes waiting for drinks with only two other tables occupied. Finally another waitress took over and did great until time to go then sat another ten minutes waiting on her to take our $. All this at 4pm. Can’t imagine how bad it gets during peak times. Food was great though.
