Very laid back, owner and staff super friendly and helpful. I love Chicken Alfredo and rarely find a place that does it right. This is one of those few places. It was delicious, lots of chicken, Alfredo, and noodles. My wife loved her food also. We were greatly surprised. Had heard about how great their wings and long island ice tea were, so I finally decided to stop in. I’m so glad we did. I will make this a regular spot. Atmosphere was good, full bar, and event a couple slot machines. Family friendly with plenty of tv’s.

I love the food at The Loft! They have a variety of salads and burgers that I usually get. They are all yummy that I do not have a favorite. But, I also love their pizzas! And thankfully they have gluten free! They are thin and crispy and delicious! My family gets the regular crust and love those too! The atmosphere is great because sometimes we hang out at the bar and talk with the bartender or sometimes we sit by the windows which over look downtown Crete (which is especially nice when it is snowing)! I highly recommend The Loft! Never had a bad experience here yet.

I have no idea what the 1 star reviews about this restaurant is about. I was there when I wanna say a DoorDash or Grubhub lady was there. She was very rude after being told the the wait time on her delivery (which was acouple minutes) and the owner apparently had enough. He wasn’t disrespectful in anyway, he just told her to get out if she was going to talk like that. The service, and food has always been great be it take out or dine in. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Some people may differ but that is my hot take

Had the best pizza and service tonite …. and of course Evil Horse beer! Hands down the best pizza in the area….. the crust is thin and crispy and cooked to perfection! The atmosphere is perfect….. music playing in background still allows you to carry on conversations! Highly recommend if you’ve not tried this gem! We have also had their salads and Ragin’ Cajun and Mac and cheese…. Absolutely top notch dishes!

I noticed The Loft on the slice app and I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did. I ordered the mushroom garlic pasta for delivery and it rocked my world! It was SO good! I can’t wait to visit in person!

The Owner is very rude he wasn’t considered at all, I witnessed him speaking rude to a door dash employee that was there to pick up an order. The door dash employee reminded calm and professional in spite of being verbally abused. I will not be going back.

I’ve been here multiple times and enjoy the establishment but this last time wasn’t the best. Ordered a burger medium and it first came out raw! Said something then it came back burnt! I do recommend this place highly and I’ll be back but let’s get the burgers back where they should be! Waiters are still amazing!
