We’re so excited to have a local sit-down brunch and dinner restaurant in the area! We’ve been coming regularly for brunch and the food is super tasty, well-priced and service has been prompt every time we’ve come. Pancakes were so good they didn’t even need syrup. The drinks are great too. Hoping to see lots of support from the community so we can keep this place open!

The first time I went here the food was amazing! My daughter had ordered the fish last time so I got it this time. The fish was pale in color and the inside batter wasn’t fully cooked. I let my waitress know, and she took it back for me. But the second time they did it wasn’t any better. The cheese curds were delicious though.

I feel like this place is a bit of a contradiction. I can’t decide if that’s a good thing or not My husband and I went for a date night dinner and ended up being overdressed, which to be fair could be considered our fault for not reading the reviews and finding out it was a casual atmosphere. That’s the only part that lost a star tho because I feel like the food should be in a fancier restaurant, like it was on the pricier end for what felt like a mom n pop burger joint and/or maybe slight waffle house vibes. The food was excellent though! I got the Charcoal Salmon with a side of coleslaw and boy was it a performance when it arrived at our table! They brought it out in a glass cover filled with smoke on the top of it and released the smoke to reveal a beautifully cooked salmon on a bed of rice and slightly crispy greens along with some small orange slices and a balsamic reduction sauce with sesame seeds! It was a beautiful dish and it totally looked like it came out of an expensive, high end restaurant! Again, I can’t decide if that’s good or bad, it was just unexpected I guess. We were over dressed for the restaurant, but not the food haha and the waitresses were both very attentive and refilled our respective iced tea almost as soon as they were emptied! Excellent food, excellent service, unusual atmosphere!

We had the NY strip and the crispy chicken with chorizo gravy were exceptional. We can’t wait to come back and try more of the food. Nadia was very attentive and helpful.

I’m so grateful for this new establishment. The Security Widefield area has been in need of a quality restaurant not a chain for a very long time. Every bite we took I savored in the yumminess. Fish and chips was flaky and moist and the seasoned fries so good. The bourbon chicken and smashed potatoes were tasty as well. All the fixings for the Wedge salad were fresh and the food portions were just right. Highly recommend The Local Table

The Local Table is a great place to grab a nice relaxing meal. There are separate breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, and everything that I’ve had on any of them has been fantastic. There’s no bar, but they do serve spirits, wine and bottle/can beers. It’s nice that there’s no bar because it makes for a more quiet and less raucous experience. My only major complaint is the lack of window coverings in the afternoon. When the sun is low, it’s incredibly blinding to the west. The location only recently opened though, so I’m sure this is something that will be remedied. The menu is a little pricy, but the portions definitely make up for it. All in all, it’s a great place with great staff and absolutely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Cheese curds were amazing! They made us have good expectations for lunch. But everything else definitely wasnt up to par. My coke was flat, Service was eh … I must have came at a bad time? We were the only ones there.

Met friends for brunch around 9:30. The service was a little slow but we were busy catching up so it wasn’t a big deal. Our waitress didn’t seem to know the menu and would have skipped our sides if we didn’t ask about them. Perhaps she was new. The Bloody Mary I ordered was good but the breakfast omelette was very bland. Not seasoned at all. Maybe I will try a different time of day to see if the food is better. I like to support small businesses especially in the part of town I grew up in so really hoping they are successful by using the feedback they receive.

Went to satisfy a craving for chicken Ceasars salad and they 100 percent did not disappoint. I had the most wonderful experience while ordering my food to go and waited at the bar the waitress was soo kind and attentive and talked with me about their menus for breakfast lunch and dinner and packed all my food with care. The atmosphere was super clean and the food delicious as well I got a chicken Cesar salad and cheese curds both were great. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back to try more.

I really wanted to love it, and maybe it’s because we came in at 7, but the cob tasted like a boxed lunch from 7-11, with raw egg and raw bacon, not exaggerating the bacon was cold and slimey and the “hard boiled” egg literally was running onto the salad; I didn’t have but one bite. Nobody enjoyed their food, which was sad considering it was a 100 meal after tip (not the waitresses fault the food was nasty). We did like the house fries but fries and beer is all I would ever order again.
