Great restaurant in a somewhat rural area in upstate New York. Had a late lunch. Great food with lots of good looks and taste. The waiter was super and explained our questions with knowledge and enthusiasm. The sandwiches including an excellent Beef on Wick were great and the homemade fries and chips were a pleasant surprise. They also have great sounding dinners. We will be back when in the area again.

This was our first visit, and although I liked the atmosphere, the service was pretty slow on a Tuesday night that we dined there. The server was really pleasant, just didn’t seem to be in a rush to get our drinks and our order. The restroom, sadly, was pretty smelly and not well cleaned. The meal was good, though.

I’ve driven by this place many times and finally decided to give it a try; I was not disappointed! Our waiter was professional and very friendly. The food was exceptional! I also tried their blueberry lemon Moscow Mule and loved it; it’s made with their own blueberry syrup! We will definitely come back!! Thank you!

I know they are preparing to close in a few weeks but this was the worst order I have ever received. I ordered a beef on weck with fries. The fries were greasy and soggy and the beef was hard and chewy with lots of fat on it. So disappointing. I don’t like to leave negative feedback but this isn’t the first time my order hasn’t been great.

Went for lunch, and was very disappointed. The wait to get our order was more than 35 minutes – which is very long to wait. The roast beef sandwiches were good, the fries were a bit over cooked. I ordered the special of 5 chicken wings for $2.00 extra with my sandwich. The wings were really small and the meat in them was quite black. I would not order them again at any price. My guest was charged for a second glass of soda, even with the long wait time. I won’t go there again.

Very disappointed. Ordered a Ruben sandwich on st. Patty’s day that came to over $14 and I had to return it because they not only used the wrong bread for the sandwich, but the sandwich itself was only about 4 inches big. Very very small. For $14!! I went back in and told them that I wouldn’t pay that kind of money for such a tiny sandwich. It was a rip off! That’s when the manager said “Oh, we usually have bigger bread, but we ran out”! Nice. Would have been nice if they told me that when I ordered. This was also my very first time ordering from this restaurant. Bad first impression. I will probably never order from here again.

The 1st and the last time I will go to this restaurant! The place was not full when we arrived. We sat down, ordered our drinks, soup and our dinner selections all at once. The server brought our drinks, no problems. A little while later he brought out one of our soups. For the next 20 minutes he walks by our table at least 10 times with out stopping to see if we needed anything. Finally we were able to get his attention and ask him for the other soup and more drinks. At this time the main room was full. There are maybe 10 tables in this room so it’s not a large room and he was not the only server. After about an hour of waiting for our food the entire room had been served and we were still waiting for ours. At that point we snagged another server and told her what was happening, well in our case not happening. She went to find him. It took him a few minutes to come back out. You would have thought that he would have brought our food then but no, he comes out and tells us that our drinks would be free and had no explanations to why we had not received our food yet or when we would be getting it. We told him that we would not wait any longer. We paid for our soup and drinks and left. We will not be back!!!

Food is really good, when it matches what you ordered. I ordered a medium well burger and it literally came out (after waiting 40 minutes) bleeding all over my plate as I cut it. Sent it back and 30 minutes later, after the rest of my party had already finished their meals, came a piping hot WELL DONE burger…I asked for a to go box. Wasn’t gonna wait 30 more minutes to see if they got it right. They took a couple dollars off the bill for the inconvenience

This is the worst out to dinner experience I’ve had ever. From someone who was raised in the food service business. If you have a special menu for a Holiday and take reservations you should probably ensure you have enough to accommodate the number of reservations you took. Don’t make a couple who had reservations for over a month wait over 40 minutes for their table only to be told by their waitress that sorry we’ve had reservations since 4pm and we’re out of everything. Cool…you lost my business for life. No wonder no one can keep that place open!!!!!
