Love that they give 2 eggs for each of the short rib ramen. Other than that, it is not a delicious ramen I will say. Short rib itself is not tender at all, the soup tastes a bit sour, which I find a bit weird. The flavor is just not my type. Some of the baby corns are sour, it tastes like they went sour….

Thus place was delicious. 1st time and cant wait to go back again. The mac and cheese sandwich could use some extra cheese because, you know, Mac and cheese. The fries were a soggy and a little too salty. The Ramen was a home run. Very delicious and favorable, plus they give extra broth for round 2. Best thing of the night. The lemonade wasn’t sweet either which was the best to me. They have a variety of good things on the menu and can’t wait to go back

Stopped in from Chicago and was blown away with how creative and tastey the food was. Short rib Mac and cheese was awesome paired with antidote to drink. The chef even surprised us with a fruit loops cannoli. Will definitely have to visit again and try more!!

I always pass this place and finally ordered through Grubhub for pickup. What drew me in was the unique choices on the menu and the VEGETARIAN OPTIONS! My order was hot when I picked it up (it was ready pretty quickly!) and handed over to me by one of the owners, who was super sweet. The Jackfruit Melt that I ordered was DELICIOUS and flavorful, and the fries were amazing. I will definitely be coming back and ordering again, and recommending the spot to others!

We booked the Lab Food Truck for our baby shower and I have to say our experience was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! We reached out very last minute and G responded with a “yes we can do it” without hesitation. Within the next week and half we worked out the details and they were very flexible with our schedule. They arrived 30 mins early to set up and right on time our guest began to order. We had roughly 45 guests at the baby shower and I kid you not I heard compliments about the food from at least 25 of them within the first 15 mins. The portions were huge and the food was amazing! I personally had the Short Rib tacos and The Dr. as my meal and I have to say for a southern boy that has had plenty of BBQ, that possibly could have been the best bbq sandwich I have ever had. My wife had the Bahn Mi and she was very impressed, even when she warmed up the rest later on that night. They also had a vegan option on the menu so they cater to all. I could go on about the food, only good reviews from all guests but I have to say the service and hospitality was even better. If you are having ANY event this food truck is the way to go! I will also add we had 3 trucks in mind for the event and they were the least expensive and had the bigger menu. I promise you won’t regret it.

WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! I am from the Smithfield, VA area where pork is king. Had the Pork Belly tacos and Fish tacos…WOW! The mango sauce, the food, the atmosphere, and the twist that “G” and his staff are bringing to the area is way under estimated! The best Asian BBQ Fusion restaurant I have ever been to. Originally from Cincinnati and have lived is California and this place ranks in my top 5 Best Places to Eat! I expect big things from these folks leading their generation in the right direction with good food and entrepreneurship. I will be surprised if I never see them on the Food Network.

First time at this awesome eatery. I ordered the spicy fried chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were perfect, hot crispy and nicely seasoned. The chicken sandwich was on a whole other level, crispy and moist fried chicken breast tossed in a yummy sauce and topped with an aioli that was the perfect match. Very reasonably priced for the quality of food. Usually food this good is easily more $$. The staff and co-owner, da doc, were really friendly and took the time to chat me up. Definitely will be back with friends next time. If you’re in the mood for something different go check this place out.

Delicious and unique recipes you won’t find anywhere else in the area. I had the pork belly capsule with smoked Mac and cheese, cilantro-ginger coleslaw and grilled asparagus. Excellent. A co-worker had a prototype and a side of Mac and cheese. He expected a small side but the serving was huge. Would go again.
