This place had REALLY good food. Fresh, hot, and tasty! Vegetable pho with tofu and fresh veggies, the rare beef pho, and some takeout of the lo-mein with vegetables dinner was delicious. Shrimp spring rolls were filled and fresh. It’s a bit of a hike for me, but I will DEFINITELY be back and recommend it to my friends.

Food was very good. I had the vermicelli noodles with chicken and it filled me up. Good portions for a good price. Getting my food was quick and easy I ordered ahead and by the time I got to the restaurant it was ready to be picked up.

When you go in, make sure to order at the counter first because they don’t take orders at your table. After you order they give you a table number. I really liked the atmosphere of the place. As for food, I got the vermicelli noodles with shrimp and egg rolls. I wouldn’t recommend this dish, but maybe they have better options.

I eat pho pretty regularly atleast once every 2 weeks. I was really starting to like this place. first I asked for more bean sprouts and they charged me for that which was weird then by the end of my meal I needed more broth. I nicely asked the lady at the register to fill this up with just a little more broth. she wanted to charge me $7.10 for broth and bean sprouts… other places i’ve been just gave me a little more broth or just charged me no more then $3.00. I was so shocked. then my friend and I sat there and talked a little long and the little old guy that cleans tables came up and yelled “YOU DONE?” like what lololol…. i’m so sad because I enjoyed this place but don’t think they will get my money. pho la vie allentown boulevard harrisburg pa is so far my fav. y’all should try. doesn’t charge for extra broth either or bean sprouts which they literally give you in the table usually so u don’t understand. now I have nice DRY leftovers. yaya. Food was INCREDIBLE. I got the special soup and drank all the broth. I highly recommend it. The restaurant is small, but nice and centrally located, and the staff are friendly. I was only passing through Harrisburg but I would go out of my way to eat here again.

I’ve been to Pho99 and Pho3 Mien which are both relatively good. My first time trying the pho here was a positive xp. The broth has so much flavor. I just had the standard pho noodles / broth on a 95F day and it was still enjoyable. Will attempt to try the spicy pho sometimes later.

The LA Squared is one of my absolute favorite Pho places. As a Viet, I take pho very seriously and my scale is 1 being Rachel Ray’s disaster and 10 being my Ba Noi’s and this place is a solid 10. This tastes most like home to me. The Pho Tai is my favorite.
