Horrible customer service! We went into the Lawrenceville Krystal at 9:15 am. Immediately told us the cook didn’t show up and the manager was cooking. Food came out COLD. The eggs were not done as I had ordered. Grits would not melt butter. We told the lady it was terrible. She said sorry in a low voice as to not care. I told her we had stop coming in a long time ago and decided to give it a try . Our very last time ever. Restaurant wasn’t clean. Should have walked out immediately:

The dining room is so cold that some customers I have seen outside of Krystal says they stopped coming because it was freezing. It’s probably about 50 degrees every morning at 8:30 when we go in. It’s so cold we wear sweatshirt jackets and still it’s freezing cold. I understand the employees get hot but there has to be a happy medium if you want to keep your customers.

When did the Sunriser combo go from 2 Sunrisers to one for the same price? Tried calling Customer service no answer, website DOES NOT WORK so if you have a complaint tough they aren’t listening at all. As far as I’m concerned I’m DONE with it. They’re doing a great job of loosing customer . They can fold and close I won’t even notice. Place is a total failure

Krystal on bee road in Savannah ga #SAV002 is literally the worst fast food place ever, I live right by it so I’ve tried to go when I’m in a hurry but it’s impossible, they pull every single car foward, when no one is behind you. It takes 20 minutes every single time for 3 Krystal burgers, and they’re so rude. The other day I watched them sit outside and smoke weed then walked by me pulled forward and said what did you have again?

This was in Newport Tennessee. I love krystal food but the problem is the workers now. Why should it take 20 minutes for kystals to cook. Cashier tells me my food (5 krystals) will take 20 minutes when they cook in 45 seconds. What is wrong ? Get it together or not only will you be bankrupt , you will be closed down. They would not answer the phone during normal business hours. I tried to contact them to ask why they had the doors locked at the Roswell location during a weekday afternoon while an employee was standing outside the side door smoking a cigarette. Dumb bast____. Must be going out of business. When the Corporate Headquarters ducks phone calls, that says a lot!

They always say they’re hiring, but they don’t ever pull anybody’s applications. I have applied for the same position at the same location for over a year and all they do is keep saying the positions been filled and next thing I know they’re posting that the positions available again. They don’t answer the phone when you called to check on your applications they don’t return calls, and the voicemail is always full.

Only reason I’m giving them one star is because you can’t give them zero start it is said when a dozen crystals cost $19 plus 4% if you use your debit card you’re the sorriest company I started eating crystals back in the ’60s when I was 12 cents now $19 for a dozen no thank you keep your hamburgers Dothan Alabama’s got the soggiest ones I ever put in my mouth and you ain’t even man enough to answer your phone
